以模糊模式识别理论为基础 ,采用模糊综合评判法 ,对土地利用结构合理性等级的模糊划分进行了初步的研究。在此基础上 ,以陕西榆林地区土地利用为例 ,通过计算土地利用结构合理性模糊等级序列及其隶属度 ,对该区土地利用结构的合理性进行了模糊等级评判。研究结果显示 :在土地利用研究中模糊综合评判是一种科学合理的研究方法。 相似文献

梅岭矿区勘探程度较高,积累了大量的地质资料及研究成果,此次研究,建立了梅岭矿区三维地质数据库,应用Micromine软件建立铜矿体三维模型及Fm1断层模型,并应用距离反比法对M1和M2号矿体矿块模型进行空间插值,获得相应的品位模型.通过对比不同勘探网度条件下的矿体三维模型及矿体品位、矿石储量等特征的变化,探讨了在M1和M2号矿体勘探范围内设计勘探网度的合理性. 相似文献

利用对称运动和非对称运动的理论结果,如‘对称运动的不变性’,可以推得:如初始时刻运动是对称的,对于绝热无摩擦的谱模式,在时间积分过程中,总有 1.和反对称运动有关的谱系数等于零; 2.全球预报和半球预报在同一半球内处处相同; 3.和赤道对称的任意两个区域,其各自的运动彼此对称。 数值试验也证实了这些结果。 在有外力强迫的情形,如地形(或加热),如其分布是对称的,则在初始运动是对称的情况下,‘对称运动的不变性’仍然成立。但如果地形(或加热)分布是非对称的,则运动的对称性会减小,而变成非对称运动,并出现越赤道气流。这些也经过数值试验加以证实。 利用上述理论结果作为指导,可以用所设计的模式进行试验、分析,从而,确定模式设计是否合理,有关软件是否有误等。 相似文献

Emerging from ethnographic research conducted on the west coast of South Africa, this paper explores the ways in which fishers contrast their experience of fishing prior to the implementation of the Marine Living Resources Act, and the rise of fortress style conservation in fisheries management. Conservation as rhetoric has been used as a powerful means of supporting and justifying fisheries management objectives. The paper argues that fishers engage with their environments in ways that are different from how management understands human–nature relations. As a consequence, fortress style fisheries management and policing disallow fishers to engage with the sea in the ways that are intrinsic to their fishing practices. This results, in many instances, in curtailing the ways in which fishers are allowed to think about and interact with the sea. With the impending implementation of EAF in South Africa and the global call for working with multiple knowledges, the paper calls for relational ways of engaging in conservation. 相似文献

In this paper, a penalty function method for solving non-linear optimization problems was introduced to obtain a reliability indicator and to calibrate the partial factors, avoiding the complexity associated with the calibration process of the partial factors and maintaining the accuracy of the reliability indicator. The proposed method was employed to calibrate the partial factors of gravity dam sliding stability analysis. The results indicate that using the penalty function-based calculation method to determine the reliability indicator not only ensures correctness and accuracy but also makes the calibration process of partial factors simple and easy to perform. 相似文献

Planning theorists have commonly explained planning conflict in terms of the imposition of an ostensibly universal set of values that ignores, obscures, or erases local contingencies. Most recently, this discussion has concerned the hegemony of market rationality in planning theory and practice. Within this framework, planning entails the application of a singular idea of what is rational and the marginalization of its alternatives. Treating encounters among divergent rationalities in terms of conflict and domination, however, obscures their indeterminacy in planning practice. Through a case study of the redevelopment of Coney Island, I propose a less rigid framing that treats encounters among rationalities not as inherently adversarial, but as negotiations throughout which a multiplicity of values may be suppressed, created, or transformed. 相似文献
