This study is an attempt to underline the lack of preparedness and the nature of immediate further measures to be taken for facing a moderate earthquake in Indian subcontinents. Surprisingly, moderate to severe damage was noticed in structures located in hundreds of kilometres away from epicentre during last Gorkha earthquake. In this context, the present study makes an effort to validate a proposed modified rapid visual screening schemes for low cost houses frequently available in India. This may be used extensively for quick vulnerability assessment of a locality. Examples of retrofitting measures for typical buildings presented in this study may be useful for upgrading the valuable structures. Thus this study may be helpful for quick vulnerability assessment and adopting retrofitting measures for identified structures for earthquake prone developing countries. 相似文献

0509号台风(Matsa)登陆螺旋云带的增幅及其台前飑线的特征研究 总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5
利用FY-2C卫星、Doppler雷达、风廓线和加密自动站等资料,对0509号台风"Matsa"(以下简称Matsa)螺旋云带登陆过程中云、回波、风雨等时空分布特征量进行了深入的研究,对螺旋云带、飑线风雨增幅进行了定量分析.结果表明:Matsa先后有6条外、内对流螺旋云带登陆并影响中国大陆,对流螺旋云带登陆过程中增幅显著,云顶最低亮温平均下降20.2℃,螺旋云带登陆至减弱维持时间12.8 h,登陆间隔8.6 h.外螺旋云带登陆时风速增幅2.0 m/s,最大增幅4.1 m/s.同时可带来平均19 mm、最大75 mm的降水量.内螺旋云带登陆时风速增幅4.2 m/s,最大增幅9.0 m/S,最大瞬时风速达30.2 m/s,同时可带来139.6-174.2 mm、最大396 mm,1 h最大降水59.8 mm.对流螺旋云带在登陆过程中,在其前沿部位不断有台前飑线向外分离,台前飑线的回波宽度一般在5 km左右,回波梯度特大,长度从几十公里到几百公里不等,登陆时回波增幅5-10 dBz.台前飑线的移动方向与台风移动方向基本一致,移动平均46 km/h,是同时刻台风时速的2.5倍.台前飑线的形成特点为先出现双链或多链小弧弓形回波,在登陆中演绎成大弧.在速度图上,台前飑线中分布着倒V型或S型零速度线.在地面小尺度风场上,表现出具有东南与东北风向辐合线,切变辐合甚至涡旋扰动的特征非常显著.飑线过境时,风向扰动47-135°,风速增大1倍以上,地面瞬时风速平均增幅为4 m/s,最大可达10 m/s.瞬时极大风速26.4 m/s,同时可带来6.9-29.1 mm、最大90 mm的降水量.500 m以上的风速比近地面大1倍,大风区厚度可伸展至对流层上部. 相似文献

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of retrofitting dynamic characteristics of a damaged laboratory arch dam model, subsequently repaired with high-strength structural mortar and strengthened with composite carbon fiber reinforced polymer. This study constructed in laboratory conditions is a prototype arch dam–reservoir–foundation model. Five test cases of ambient vibration on the arch dam model illustrate the changes in dynamic characteristics: natural frequency, mode shape, and damping ratio, before and after retrofitting. The ambient vibration tests collected data from the dam body during vibrations by natural excitations which provided small impacts and response signals from sensitivity accelerometers placed at crest points. Enhanced Frequency Domain Decomposition Method in the frequency domain extracts the experimental dynamic characteristics. At the end of the study, experimentally identified dynamic characteristics obtained from all test cases have been compared with each other. Apparently, after the retrofitting, the natural frequencies of the dam body increased considerably, demonstrating that the retrofitting, including repairing and strengthening is very effective on the flashback of initial dynamic characteristics. 相似文献

自国家“十五”规划起,中国现代化综合交通运输体系构建以填空白、补短板、大规模设施建设为主,但近年来人口的增长、流动、空间集聚和生活方式等均发生了新的显著变化。以人为本,科学实施“交通强国”国家战略,亟待开展适应人口发展的现代化综合交通运输体系研究。本文基于国家发展与改革委员会国家“十四五”规划前期重大问题研究的部分成果,从人口与交通系统耦合协同机制出发,在深入分析人口发展及其交通需求趋势的基础上,提出适应人口发展的中国综合交通体系“钻石战略”。以京津冀、长三角、粤港澳、成渝城市群为“钻石”四极,以京沪通道、沪粤通道、粤川通道、京川通道为四边,以长江水陆通道、京港澳通道为十字骨架,以人口流入流出高强度的节点地区为枢纽,并提出构建适应人口发展的现代化综合交通运输体系实施重点,支撑国家重大空间发展战略;实施交通强国、适应人口发展;以人民为中心,打造高品质交通服务。 相似文献
