本文使用2009~2012年新疆冬季43场暴雪天气过程中ECWMF和T639L60(2.5*2.5)数值预报产品预报场资料,通过天气学检验方法,对新疆主要影响系统,即西西伯利亚低槽、乌拉尔山大槽、北方横槽、中亚低值系统和其对应的高空500hPa形势、海平面气压做72小时内的滚动预报场与相对应实况场的检验。检验结果表明:两家模式对于高空500hPa形势场预报都比较好,尤其是48h之内,ECWMF的准确率略高于T639;海平面气压场两家模式的预报准确率均低于500hPa形势场,T639要优于ECWMF,尤其是48h之内,一般海平面气压中心强度的预报值较实况会有偏小3~5hPa的误差,以上结论可较好地指导预报业务。  相似文献

The presence of internal variability (IV) in ensembles of nested regional climate model (RCM) simulations is now widely acknowledged in the community working on dynamical downscaling. IV is defined as the inter-member spread between members in an ensemble of simulations performed by a given RCM driven by identical lateral boundary conditions (LBC), where different members are being initialised at different times. The physical mechanisms responsible for the time variations and structure of such IV have only recently begun to receive attention. Recent studies have shown empirical evidence of a close parallel between the energy conversions associated with the time fluctuations of IV in ensemble simulations of RCM and the energy conversions taking place in weather systems. Inspired by the classical work on global energetics of weather systems, we sought a formulation of an energy cycle for IV that would be applicable for limited-area domain. We develop here a novel formalism based on local energetics that can be applied to further our understanding IV. Prognostic equations for ensemble-mean kinetic energy and available enthalpy are decomposed into contributions due to ensemble-mean variables (EM) and those due to deviations from the ensemble mean (IV). Together these equations constitute an energy cycle for IV in ensemble simulations of RCM. Although the energy cycle for IV was developed in a context entirely different from that of energetics of weather systems, the exchange terms between the various reservoirs have a rather similar mathematical form, which facilitates some interpretations of their physical meaning.  相似文献

In this paper, the model of the ring envelope round the primary component and the stream of the gaseous mass flowing from the secondary component to the primary is constructed on the basis of theoretical computations concerning the exchange of the mass between the components of the binary. The paper studies the influence of the gaseous mass on the profiles of spectral lines before and after occultation; the influence of the stream on the profile in case the secondary is near elongation, is also investigated. The line profiles obtained by numerical computations show that their changes caused by outflowing mass should be well detectable from spectrograms taken at particular phase of the binary. Changes in the lines may influence the measurement of radial velocities. The method for distinguishing the influence of the stream from the influence of the ring is described.  相似文献

The results of DSDP Legs 67 and 84, during which a transect of holes was drilled across the Middle America Trench off Guatemala, show no accretion at the front of that subduction zone since early Eocene time. The tectonic evolution of the trench includes extensional structure on the landward as well as the seaward trench slopes. The Guatemalan margin is proposed as the model of a new type of active margin, the convergent-extensional active margin (CE margin).  相似文献

The amorphous phase of SiO2 produced upon recovery of shock-compressed quartz demonstrates a wide range of refractive indices which can be correlated to the shock state. Both infra-red absorption spectra and X-ray diffraction patterns indicate that the shock-produced amorphous SiO2 has a statistically more-random atomic distribution and longer Si-O and shorter Si-Si separation than does fused silica. By accounting for phase transformation, the calculated values of the shock and residual temperature are much higher than those obtained by Wackerle (1962) to a pressure of 700 kbar. Our results are consistent with experimental ones.  相似文献

Estimates of the second tesseral torque due to the variations in the radial space position of the mean ocean surface as monitored by TOPEX/POSEIDON altimeter system are derived. The magnitude of the studied torque may be compared to the tidal torque and to the tesseral torque caused by deformations due to the Earths rotation. However, such torque estimates strongly depend on the thickness of the ocean surface layer adopted in the spherical model of which the dynamics is believed to be responsible for the derived torque.
