We tested the utility of chemical marking techniques in the juvenile black rockfish Sebastes schlegelii. Juveniles(30–40 mm total length) were immersed in a range of tetracycline hydrochloride(TC) solutions at concentrations ranging from 300 to 500 mg/L, and alizarin complexone(ALC) solutions at concentrations ranging from 200 to 400 mg/L in filtered sea water(salinity of 30) for 24 h, respectively. Otoliths(sagittae, asteriscus), scales, fin rays(dorsal, pectoral, ventral, anal, and caudal fin rays), and fin spines(dorsal, ventral, and anal fin spines) were sampled and used to detect fl uorescent marks after a 60-day growth experiment. With the exception of 300 mg/L TC, acceptable marks were produced in the otoliths and fin spines by all concentrations of TC and ALC. In particular, we observed clearly visible marks in the sagittae, asteriscus, and fin spines under normal light at concentrations of 200–400 mg/L, 250–400 mg/L, and 250–400 mg/L ALC, respectively. Scales and fin rays had acceptable marks at much higher concentrations(≥350 mg/L TC, ≥250 mg/L ALC for scales and ≥350 mg/L TC, ≥300 mg/L ALC for fin rays). The best mark quality(i.e., acceptable marks were observed in all sampled structures after immersion marking) were obtained following immersion in TC at between 350–500 mg/L, and ALC between 300–400 mg/L. In addition, there was no significant difference in survival and growth of TC and ALC marked fish compared to their controls up to 60 days post-marking( P 0.05).  相似文献

研究了生长抑素抑制剂半胱胺盐酸盐(CSH)和促黄体素释放激素类似物(LHRH-A)对黄鳍鲷生长激素(GH)分泌的影响.黄鳍鲷垂体GH含量在单独注射不同剂量CSH(25,50,100μg/gb.w)后2h均显著提高,注射后24h恢复正常.黄鳍鲷血清中GH水平在注射CSH(100μg/gb.w)后2h和CSH(25,50μg/gb.w)后6h均明显提高.单独注射LHRH-A(0.1μg/gb.w)后2h黄鳍鲷垂体GH含量和血清中GH水平均明显提高.注射CSH和LHRH-A后6h垂体GH含量明显高于单独注射CSH或LHRH-A,而血清GH水平在注射后12h明显高于单独注射CSH或LHRH-A.结果表明CSH和LHRH-A都能明显刺激黄鳍鲷垂体合成和释放GH,并且与CSH作用存在剂量依存关系,CSH和LHRH-A联合注射比单独注射作用更明显,作用的时间更持久.  相似文献

采用单因子实验及均匀实验设计,考察了影响丙脒盐酸盐收率的因素,经回归分析,得出了合成丙脒盐酸盐的优化工艺条件:物料配比n(CH3CH2CN)﹕n(CH3OH)﹕n(HCl)=1﹕1.1﹕1.1;整个反应体系为无水体系;在反应前期,溶液温度为0~10℃,pH值为4.0左右,反应时间为9 h;在反应后期,溶液温度为0~20℃,pH值为8.0~8.5;氨-甲醇溶液的质量分数为15.0%。在此优化工艺条件下,丙脒盐酸盐的收率为94.0%,含量≥99%。  相似文献

探讨了SBR和PAC-SBR反应器处理盐酸林可霉素原料液生产废水过程中活性污泥特征的变化.随着废水投加量的增加,PAC-SBR反应器的污泥性能始终优于SBR反应器,但是由于盐酸林可霉素原料液生产废水对生物有较强的抑制作用,PAC-SBR反应器和SBR反应器中污泥的活性均发生恶化,COD去除率已明显下降,单独采用SBR或PAC-SBR法处理已难以达到排放标准,必须进行工艺的组合.PAC-SBR反应器较SBR反应器在污泥性质及处理效率上均有一定的改善,对处理盐酸林可霉素原料药生产废水有一定的优势.  相似文献

建立检测水产品中盐酸小檗碱残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)方法。样品经酸化甲醇(含体积分数1%甲酸)提取,正己烷脱脂,离心后,用高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪分析。以选择反应监测(SRM)正离子模式分析,定性离子对为336/320和336/292,定量离子对为336/320,盐酸小檗碱质量浓度在1~100 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 7,检出限为0.001 mg/kg。样品盐酸小檗碱的添加剂量为5~100μg/kg时,平均加标回收率为81.29%~104.06%,相对标准偏差为2.97%~7.87%,可满足水产品中盐酸小檗碱残留检测和药代动力学的研究需要。  相似文献

采用现场实验的方法,以短盖巨脂鲤为对象进行了60天养殖实验,探讨盐酸甜菜碱对其脂肪代谢作用机理。结果表明,盐酸甜菜碱使整鱼水分和含脂量呈下降趋势,鱼肌肉含水量下降,肝脂量极显著降低;肌肉和肝脏中游离肉碱、酸不溶肉碱含量和酸不溶肉碱与游离肉碱的比例极显著提高;血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯极显著下降,脂肪酶活性呈升高趋势;甜菜碱对肠系膜脂肪酶活力产生影响,使鱼肌肉肌问脂肪分布发生明显变化。实验结果提示:甜菜碱可改善肉质,它参与机体代谢活动,使肝脏和肌肉中甲基化产物(肉碱)含量增加,影响肠系膜脂肪酶活力,改变体脂和鱼肉脂肪酸组成,进行体脂重分配。  相似文献

本研究以淡水天然水体主要放流鱼类鲢鱼种为实验材料,采用盐酸四环素(TCH)浸泡和药饵投喂两种方式对鲢进行荧光标记,比较这两种TCH处理方法对鲢微耳石的标记效果;测定150、250和350mg/L的浓度条件下浸泡24h鲢血液转氨酶以及肝脏氧化损伤和抗氧化指标的变化。结果显示, TCH浸泡处理比投喂处理对耳石的标记效果更好,在150—350mg/L浓度范围内,浓度越高标记效果越好;TCH浸泡处理24h会引起鲢血清的谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性在处理后1d显著升高,2d后降低到对照水平。肝脏氧化损伤指标丙二醛(MDA)水平,抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均呈现先快速极显著升高,然后下降直至恢复正常水平。表明TCH浸泡对鲢肝脏造成了短暂的功能异常和氧化应激胁迫,但在2—5d后即可恢复正常,TCH浸泡方法是鲢标记放流有效、安全、可靠的方法。本研究结果可为鲢的增殖放流、跟踪监测和效果评估工作提供技术支撑,为其他鱼类的标记放流提供参考。  相似文献

We set up a survey involving comprehensive chemical analyses of phytoplankton and the simultaneous monitoring of the reproductive response of Calanus helgolandicus. Hatching success and larvae development of C. helgolandicus were monitored weekly with female specimens sampled along with phytoplankton in the coastal waters off Roscoff (Western English Channel) from March/April to October in 2003 and 2004. Polyunsaturated aldehyde (PUA) production and nutritional parameters of phytoplankton [i.e. polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), particulate organic carbon (POC) and nitrogen (PON)] were measured. The hatching success varied between 0% and 80% during the two spring-summer spawning seasons. Neither the nutritional parameters measured nor polyunsaturated aldehydes could be found responsible for the frequently observed hatching failure. However, egg production and hatching rates were strongly positively correlated, suggesting a functional link between these reproductive parameters. PUA production in phytoplankton was mainly determined by Thalassiosira rotula. The occurrence of this diatom species might be used as a marker of PUAs in the study area. Laboratory feeding experiments showed that single species diets of freshly isolated diatoms (T. rotula, Guinardia striata, Guinardia delicatula and Rhizosolenia setigera) caused high or low egg viability and naupliar survival of C. helgolandicus independent of PUA production and PUFA content. The impact of PUA on the hatching success of Calanus among different ecosystems is discussed. The combined approach of feeding experiments and chemical analysis supports the idea that parameters other than PUAs and PUFAs have to be taken into account in order to explain the highly variable hatching rates observed in this environment.  相似文献

碘是活跃元素,价态多,各价态间易相互转化,化学性质不稳定,使用ICP-MS测定土壤、沉积物和岩石样品中的痕量碘,样品前处理和测定结果的稳定性是主要问题。本文采用磷酸-高氯酸高压密闭消解处理样品,提高了样品分解效率,也避免了碘的挥发损失,通过加入0.5mL 20g/L盐酸羟胺溶液将碘还原为I~-,提高了碘的稳定性,再于100℃烘箱中保温至少20min,以稀氨水作介质,降低了ICP-MS测定过程中的记忆效应。方法相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.88%~9.19%,相对误差为-6.90%~8.33%,回收率为92.5%~109.6%,检出限(3s)为0.012μg/g。本方法的测定数据与半熔法一致,解决了当前方法存在的分析流程长、空白高、岩石样品提取不完全、提取装置繁多等问题,可以作为土壤、沉积物、岩石中痕量碘测定方法的一种补充,适合批量样品分析。  相似文献
