研究了外源性蜕皮激素对凡纳滨对虾生长和表观消化率的影响 ,实验时在基础饲料中分别添加 0 .1%、0 .2 %、0 .4 %的两种市售蜕壳素产品 ,制成 6种外源性脱壳素配合饲料 ,不添加的基础饲料作为对照组 ,试验在 2 6 0L玻璃钢循环水养殖系统中 ,每个剂量组设 3个重复 ,8周生长试验结果表明 :市售蜕壳素产品能有效地促进对虾生长 ,试验结束时 ,试验组虾体增重分别较对照组增加 16 .8%、7.5 2 %、5 .9%、11.4 %、2 9.0 7%、16 .5 3% ,但是凡纳滨对虾对饲料粗蛋白的表观消化率没有明显地提高 ,凡纳滨对虾对脂肪的表观消化率较低。推算凡纳滨对虾饲料中最佳蜕皮酮添加量为 6 0mg/kg。  相似文献

A study was conducted to evaluate the effects of meat and bone meal (MBM) and poultry by-product meal (PBM) as the replacement of fishmeal in the diets on the growth performance, survival and apparent digestibility coefficient (ADC) of Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). The experimental diets included 0%, 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% MBM or PBM replacement of total fishmeal respectively. All diets were iso-nitrogenous and isocaloric. The results showed that there are no significant differences (P 〉0.05) in growth performance among the treatments fed with 0% -60% MBM replacement of fishmeal, while the percent weight gain (WG, % ), body length gain (BLG, % ) and ADC significantly decrease when fishmeal is replaced by 80% MBM. The result showed also that there are no significant differences (P 〉0.05) in growth performance and ADC among all treatments fed with the diets with 0% -80% replacements of fishmeal with PBM.  相似文献

A study was conducted to evaluate the effects of meat and bone meal (MBM) and poultry by-product meal (PBM) as the replacement of fish meal in the diets on the growth performance, survival and apparent digestibility coefficients (ADC) of Litopenaeus vannamei. The basal diets were formulated with 22% fish meal and other ingredients which provided about 40% protein and 9% lipid in the diet. The experimental diets included MBM or PBM to replace 0, 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% of total fish meal respectively. All diets were iso-nitrogenous and isocaloric in gross terms. The results showed that there were no significant differences (Pτ;0.05) in growth performance and ADC among the treatments fed with the diets in which 0–60% fish meal had been replaced with MBM, while the percent weight gain (WG, %), body length gain (BLG, %) and ADC significantly decreased when the MBM was up to 80% of the fish meal. There were no significant differences (Pτ;0.05) in growth performance and ADC among all the treatments fed with the diets in which 0–80% fish meal had been replaced with PBM.  相似文献

以0.04%的Y2O3为外源性指示剂,按照70%基础饲料:30%待测原料的比例配制成实验饲料,测定军曹鱼(Rachycentron canadum L.)对白鱼粉、虾壳粉、血粉、水解羽毛粉、酪蛋白、明胶和棉籽粕干物质、蛋白质、氨基酸和能量的表观消化率。结果表明,干物质表观消化率范围为54.1%~73.4%,鱼粉、血粉和水解羽毛粉干物质消化率最高(70.2%~73.4%),而血粉最低(P<0.05)。除血粉外各原料蛋白质表观消化率均高于85%,其中白鱼粉、虾壳粉和酪蛋白蛋白质消化率均高于90%,而血粉显著低于其它各原料(75.1%)(P<0.05)。原料氨基酸表观消化率变化趋势与蛋白质消化率相一致。能量表观消化率范围为70.6%~86.7%,白鱼粉、水解羽毛粉、酪蛋白和明胶能量消化率显著高于虾壳粉、血粉和棉籽粕,而棉籽粕能量消化率最低(P<0.05)。  相似文献

An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary soy isoflavones on feeding intake,growth performance,and digestion of juvenile Japanese flounder(Paralichthys olivaceus).Four isonitrogenous(49% crude protein) and isoenergetic(20.1 MJ kg-1) diets were formulated to contain four graded levels of soy isoflavones,namely,0,1,4 and 8 g soy isoflavones in 1 kg of diet.Each diet was randomly fed to triplicate tanks of fish(Initial average weight:2.58 g ± 0.01 g),and each tank was stocked with 35 fish.No significant difference was observed among diets with levels of 0,1 and 4 g kg-1 soy isoflavones in feed intake,weight gain,feed efficiency ratio(FER),proximate composition of fish whole body and apparent digestibility coefficients(ADC) of nutrients and energy(P>0.05).However,high dietary soy isoflavones level(8 g kg-1) significantly depressed weight gain,FER,whole-body crude lipid content of fish and ADC of nutrients(P<0.05).These results indicate that high level of dietary soy isoflavones(above 4 g kg-1) significantly depresses growth responses and FER of Japanese flounder.However,as the content of soy isoflavones in soybean meal is around 1 to 3 g kg-1,the adverse effects might be neglected when soybean products are used as a fish feed ingredient.  相似文献

大菱鲆幼鱼蛋白质消化特征及其对水环境的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用单因素随机区组设计,选择平均初重34.5±5.5g的大菱鲆幼鱼225尾,平均分为5组(A~E),每组3重复。分别饲喂蛋白质水平45%,48%,50%,52%和54%的5种膨化颗粒饲料,研究大菱鲆幼鱼的蛋白质消化特征及其对水环境的影响。结果表明:随着饲料蛋白质水平的提高,幼鱼的生长性能提高,饲料系数相应降低;蛋白质消化率先升后降,在50%蛋白组取得最大;蛋白质摄入量、消化量以及粪氮排出量明显增加;养殖水环境中氨氮和亚硝氮的浓度也不断提高。特别是在50%蛋白质水平以上时,幼鱼生长性能提高幅度缓慢,而粪氮排出量和水环境中氨氮含量显著提高(p<0.05)。试验表明,大菱鲆幼鱼环保饲料中蛋白质的适宜水平为50%。  相似文献

选用均初始体质量为0.91 g的凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)540尾,随机分为6个处理组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾。用肉骨粉(meat and bone meal,MBM)替代日粮中0、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的鱼粉,分别添加不同梯度微胶囊蛋氨酸(microencapsulated DL-methionine,MM)配制成6种等氮饲料投喂凡纳滨对虾55 d。结果表明:MBM添加MM替代60%鱼粉对对虾增重率和SGR无显著影响(P0.05),对虾对各试验饲料的饲料系数和蛋白质效率无显著影响(P0.05),而替代80%和100%鱼粉对对虾增重率、SGR、饲料系数和蛋白质效率有显著影响(P0.05);MBM添加MM替代鱼粉后对对虾体成分、体氨基酸含量和蛋白质含量无明显影响(P0.05)。在MBM高水平替代鱼粉饲料中添加MM可通过平衡对虾饲料必需氨基酸,提高了对虾对饲料的表观消化率,而不影响对虾的生长和体营养成分,降低了对虾饲料的成本。  相似文献

设计盐度为5,10,15,20,25的5个水平,饲养平均体质量为21.91 g±0.23 g的点带石斑鱼(Epine-phlus coioides)56 d,研究盐度对点带石斑鱼生长、肌肉成分和消化率的影响.结果表明,不同盐度对点带石斑鱼生长有显著影响(P<0.05),盐度为15~20时,点带石斑鱼增质量率、蛋白质效率较高,饲料系数较低;盐度为5时点带石斑鱼增质量率、蛋白质效率最低,饲料系数最高.不同盐度的各组之间点带石斑鱼肌肉水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量差异不显著(P>0.05).不同盐度对点带石斑鱼内脏比、丰满度有显著影响,盐度为15,20时,点带石斑鱼内脏比值较小、丰满度值较大,与其他各组差异显著(P<0.05).随着盐度的增加(5~20),点带石斑鱼干物质消化率与蛋白质消化率有上升趋势,但是盐度增加到25时,消化率下降.实验证明,点带石斑鱼的最适生长盐度为15~20.  相似文献
