以自制的两性聚丙烯酰胺分散体系作为污水絮凝剂,考查对城市污水的处理能力。以絮体体积和上清液的透光率为考查参数,研究了聚合物用量、聚合物的离子度、体系pH值和样品溶解时的盐浓度对絮凝效果的影响,并与离子型絮凝剂进行了比较。研究发现,两性聚丙烯酰胺的絮凝能力比阴离子型聚合物的絮凝能力强,比阳离子型聚合物的絮凝能力略强,最佳使用量为3.0 mg.L-1。两性聚丙烯酰胺的絮凝能力受离子度的影响,离子基团越多,絮凝能力越强,但过多的离子基团可带来负面影响。两性聚丙烯酰胺对体系的pH值的适应范围较宽。两性聚丙烯酰胺在应用时需先用1%的氯化钠溶液溶解,盐浓度过低时聚合物不能充分溶解,高于此值对絮凝过程无明显影响。  相似文献

利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)肌肉中的ADH,LDH,G6PDH,SOD,GDH,EST,AKP,ACP等8种同工酶进行分析,以期为其种质资源保护和开发以及遗传育种等方面的研究提供基础资料.结果表明,8种同工酶由17个基因位点所编码,其中G6pdh-1,Gdh-1和Est-3等3个基因位点具有多态现象.多态位点比例为17.6%.  相似文献

酯酶(EST),过氧化物酶(POD),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)同工酶在日本沼虾中存在着组织和器官的特异性,患黑鳃病后酶带发生显著变化。在肌肉、肝脏、心脏和鳃中病虾较健康虾的LDH酶谱分别缺失了2、6、2和1条酶带,同时肝脏中新增了1条酶带;POD酶谱分别缺失了0、7、4和2酶带,肌肉中新增了2条酶带;EST酶谱分别缺失了0、2、3和1条酶带,肌肉、心脏和鳃中分别新增了1、2和2条酶带;MDH酶谱分别缺失了0、2、1和1条酶带,肌肉和脏脏中各新增了1条酶带。  相似文献

运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对我国主要养殖鲍(皱纹盘鲍、盘鲍及九孔鲍)12种同工酶(LDH、ME、MDH、GPI、PGM、IDH、IDDH、SOD、EST、ODH、ADH、AAT)26个基因座位进行了分析.结果表明:EST、PGM可以作为区分三种(亚种)鲍的生化遗传标记;在所分析的位点中,未发现多态现象,表明三种养殖鲍杂合子缺失严重,其主要原因可能在于哑基因、近交与自然选择。  相似文献

In recent years, high‐molecular‐weight anionic polyacrylamides (PAMs) have been tested on a variety of soils, primarily in temperate climates. However, little information is available regarding the effectiveness of PAM for preventing soil loss through runoff in tropical settings. Screening tests were performed using three negatively charged PAMs and one positively charged PAM on five Hawaii soils (two Oxisols, one Vertisol, and two Aridisols) to determine erosion loss, sediment settling, and aggregate stability. A laboratory‐scale rainfall simulator was used to apply erosive rainfall at intensities from 5 to 8·5 cm h?1 at various PAM doses applied in both dry and solution forms. Soil detachment due to splash and runoff, as well as the runoff and percolate water volumes, were measured for initial and successive storms. The impact of PAM on particle settling and aggregate stability was also evaluated for selected soil‐treatment combinations. Among the PAMs, Superfloc A‐836 was most effective, and significantly reduced runoff and splash sediment loss for the Wahiawa Oxisol and Pakini Andisol at rates varying between 10 and 50 kg ha?1. Reduced runoff and splash sediment loss were also noted for PAM Aerotil‐D when applied in solution form to the Wahiawa Oxisol. Significant reductions in soil loss were not noted for either the Lualualei Vertisol or the Holomua Oxisol. It is believed that the high montmorillonite content of the Lualualei Vertisol and the low cation‐exchange capacity of the Holomua Oxisol diminished the effectiveness of the various PAMs tested. The polymers were also found to enhance sediment settling of all soils and helped improve their aggregate stability. This screening study shows the potential use of PAM for tropical soils for applications such as infiltration enhancement, runoff reduction, and enhanced sedimentation of detention ponds. 提要 利用非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对虹鳟、溪红点鲑及杂交种(虹鳟♀溪红点鲑♂)的进行了血液蛋白多态性研究, 计算了各座位的基因频率、基因纯合度和Shannon 信息指数, 并探讨了群体间的亲缘关系和遗传距离。结果表明: ( 1) 3个种群在α球蛋白、β1球蛋白、γ-球蛋白、前白蛋白和白蛋白5个座位上的遗传差异较大, 血清蛋白座位的优势基因在不同群体中有不同的频率; ( 2) 杂交种中出现部分双亲特异条带,表明杂交种整合了虹鳟♀ 和溪红点鲑♂的遗传信息,属两性融合生殖, 是真正意义上的杂交种。( 3) 杂交种与虹鳟和溪红点鲑的遗传相似性系数分别为0.718和0.575, 遗传距离分别为0.332和0.554, 表明杂交种与两亲本的遗传差异不是对等的, 而是偏向母本一方, U PGMA 系统树也同样证明了这一点。  相似文献

Natural hillslopes are mostly composed of complex slope shapes, which significantly affect soil erosion. However, existing studies have mainly focused on uniform slopes to simplify complex hillslopes, and the mechanisms responsible for the influence of slope shape on soil and nutrient losses are still not well understood, especially in the application of soil improvers to reduce soil loss. To investigate the effects of slope shape and polyacrylamide (PAM) application on runoff, soil erosion and nutrient loss, this study conducted artificial field rainfall experiments involving two PAM application rates and nine slope shapes. The results indicate that the average amount of soil loss from convex slopes was 1.5 and 1.3 times greater than that from concave and uniform slopes, respectively, and the average amount of ammonia nitrogen loss and phosphate loss increased by 24.0%–58.6%. Soil and nutrient losses increased as the convexity of the convex slopes increased. For runoff, there was little difference between concave and convex slopes, but the runoff amount for both slopes was greater than that for uniform slopes. After PAM application, the soil loss decreased by more than 90%, and the nutrient loss decreased by 28.2%–68.1%. The application of PAM was most effective in reducing soil erosion and nutrient loss from convex slopes, and it is recommended to appropriately increase the PAM application rate for convex slopes. A strong linear relationship between ammonia nitrogen and phosphate concentrations and sediment concentrations was found in the runoff on slopes with no PAM application. However, this linear relationship weakened for slopes with PAM application. The findings of this study may be valuable for optimizing nonpoint source pollution management in basins.  相似文献

在三次采油领域里,吸附滞留量是影响化学剂驱油效果的关键因素之一。结合现场实施注聚采油工艺出现的各种问题,在基础理论的指导下,通过室内模拟实验45℃条件下,利用淀粉-碘化镉比色法研究了聚丙烯酰胺水溶液在不含油石英砂中的静态吸附及人造均质岩心中的动态滞留规律,并考察了高岭土对其滞留量产生的影响。实验结果表明,吸附等温线基本符合S型,溶液浓度在1 200 mg/L附近达饱和吸附;高岭土的存在使聚合物在石英砂中的吸附量及岩心中的滞留量增加,随着高岭土含量的增加,吸附滞留量由0.353 mg/g增加到0.794 mg/g。相同实验条件下,吸附量要远远多于滞留量。  相似文献

山西古交矿区钻探施工中遇到严重漏失现象,采用传统的粘土球、水泥球、快干水泥、801堵漏剂加木屑等材料堵漏方法,均无效果,经过摸索和实践,采用聚丙烯酰胺+切削膏进行堵漏,取得了很大的成功,施工效率高、施工成本低、堵漏效果好,同时还减少了钻具的磨损,沉淀了钻渣,净化了冲洗液。  相似文献
