Conclusion From the economic point of view, several evaluation techniques incorporating interest rates can be used by the holder of a Mining Authorization or the contractor under the Contract of Work. The problems that arise due to the introduction of risks in exploration for or exhaustibility of a mineral deposit are, in fact, already imbedded in these techniques.From the legal point of view, concession rights no longer exist under Indonesia Mining Law. The rights of a Contractor under the Contract of Work are contractual rights that cannot be subject to mortgage under the Indonesian Law.The Production-Sharing Contract is, in fact, more a Contract of Work rather than the Contract of Work itself: in the latter, the Contractor does indirectly have actual mining rights. The evaluation technique is thus based on the manner of how the sharing of production is performed.This paper was presented at the International Geological Correlation Program (IGCP) Project 98 entitled Standards for Computer Applications in Resource Studies held at Loen, Norway, September 27–October 1, 1976. 相似文献
