U-Pb geochronological results confirm the Mesozoic age (124 ± 1 Ma) of the Beket granitoid complex, previously interpreted as being one of the markers amongst the Early Proterozoic magmatic complexes within the Amur superterrane (microcontinent) of the Central Asian Fold Belt. This implies that the structural and metamorphic amphibolite facies overprints documented either in the Beket granitoids or Gonzha host rocks are evidently Mesozoic rather than Early Proterozoic in age.  相似文献

Patterns in the shock metamorphic transformations of rock-forming minerals (garnet, biotite, plagioclase, and K-feldspar) in quartz-feldspar-biotite-garnet schist (the Southern Urals) that were subjected to shockwave compression using planar geometry recovery ampoules were investigated. The maximum shock pressures that were attained upon a few wave circulations in a sample (stepwise shock compression) reached 26, 36, and 52 GPa. Comparison of the transformations that occurred due to stepwise shock compression with diaplectic changes of the studied minerals in nature and in the course of experiments with convergent spherical shock waves revealed significant differences in the transformations of melanocratic (garnet and biotite) minerals under different types of loading.  相似文献

We present the photometric observations of the old nova V603 Aql with the RTT 150 Russian-Turkish telescope during eleven nights of 2001–2002. We show that the star at this time was in a state with positive superhumps and its photometric period of \(0\mathop .\limits^d 144 - 0\mathop .\limits^d 145\) was longer than the orbital period. We found night-to-night variations in the mean brightness of the system that are consistent with disk precession periods of \(3\mathop .\limits^d 3\) and \(3\mathop .\limits^d 0\) in 2001 and 2002, respectively. Analysis of the results and their comparison with the results of other authors using current theoretical models for disk precession lead us to suggest that the change in the disk precession period was caused by a change in the accretion rate in the system. V603 Aql in a state with negative superhumps was found to be brighter than it is in a state with positive superhumps by \(0\mathop .\limits^m 2 - 0\mathop .\limits^m 3\). We hypothesize that the transition between these states could also be caused by a change in the accretion rate. Quasi-periodic oscillations (QPOs) of the brightness with typical time scales of 9–70 min were detected on each observing night. These time scales were found to change from night to night. The detection of QPOs with a period of about 0.05 of the orbital period and its multiples on certain nights provides evidence for the model of QPO generation through accretion-rate modulation by ionization-front oscillations on the surface of the donor star near the inner Lagrangian point.  相似文献

The current version of a hardware-software system intended for monitoring the underground acoustic noise in the upper part of the Earth’s crust is described. The architecture of the hardware-software system is considered, and its component parts and the principle of their operation are described along with the algorithm of preliminary data processing. The amplitude-frequency characteristics of the channels are presented for a wide frequency range. The directional characteristics of the horizontal components of a magnetoelastic geophone are obtained from experimental measurements.  相似文献

We have analyzed the data on the times and number of weak earthquakes (M = 0–2.5) included in the up-to-date (final version) Catalog of Kamchatka Earthquakes for 1995–2008, and the intensity of highfrequency underground noise measured in the deep borehole near Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy (according to the literature data). We calculated the spectra of the seismic time series within the range of periods from 1 to 48 hours with a step of one minute. It was found that the spectrum of the earthquake data series contains a significant high Q extremum in a period of 24 hours that can be linked with a similar period in the high-frequency underground noise in Kamchatka and in the Russian Platform. There are some grounds to suggest that the weak earthquakes and the underground noise (seismoacoustic emission) have the same nature. In both cases, the shapes of the curve of the diurnal periodicity are found to depend on the duration of light during the day. The probable reasons for the solar impact on the seismic emission processes are discussed.  相似文献
