As one component of ChinaFLUX, the measurement of CO2 flux using eddy covariance over subtropical planted coniferous ecosystem in Qianyanzhou was conducted for a long term. This paper discusses the seasonal dynamics of net ecosystem exchange (NEE), ecosystem respiration (RE) and gross ecosystem exchange (GEE) between the coniferous ecosystem and atmosphere along 2003 and 2004. The variations of NEE, RE and GEE show obvious seasonal variabilities and correlate to each other, i.e. lower in winter and drought season, but higher in summer; light, temperature and soil water content are the main factors determining NEE; air temperature and water vapor pressure deficit (VPD) influence NEE with stronger influence from VPD. Under the proper light condition, drought stress could decrease the temperature range for carbon capture in planted coniferous, air temperature and precipitation controlled RE; The NEE, RE, and GEE for planted coniferous in Qianyanzhou are ?387.2 g C·m?2 a?1, 1223.3 g C·m?2 a?1, ?1610.4 g C·m?2 a?1 in 2003 and ?423.8 g C·m?2 a?1, 1442.0 g C·m?2 a?1, ?1865.8 g C·m?2 a?1 in 2004, respectively, which suggest the intensive ability of plantation coniferous forest on carbon absorbing in Qianyanzhou.  相似文献

Continuous measurement of carbon dioxide exchange using the eddy covariance (EC) technique is made at the Qianyanzhou mid-subtropical planted forest as part of the ChinaFLUX net-work. Qianyanzhou planted forest is affected by typical subtropical continental monsoon climate. It has plentiful water and heat resource but is in inconsistency of its seasonal distribution in the mid-subtropical region, thus seasonal drought frequently occurs in this planted forest. In this study, seasonal drought effect on ecosystem carbon sequestration was analyzed based on net ecosystem productivity (NEP), ecosystem respiration (RE) and gross ecosystem productivity (GEP) at the month scale in 2003 and 2004. In this drought-stressed planted forest, ecosystem carbon sequestration showed a clear seasonality, with low rates during seasonal drought and in winter. The declining degree of ecosystem carbon sequestration under the seasonal drought condition was determined by the accumulation of soil moisture deficits and a co-occurrence of high temperatures. Different drought effects are expected for RE and GEP. The net effect of ecosystem carbon balance depends on how these two quantities are affected relatively to each other. Summer drought and heat wave are two aspects of weather that likely play an important part in the annual NEP of forest in this region.  相似文献

基于艺龙网酒店房价数据和问卷调查数据,运用数理统计方法以及反距离权重插值法,研究第117和118届广交会举办前后广州市主城区699家星级酒店客房价格变动的时空分异特征。研究表明:广交会举办一、二、三期形成3个谷峰,休会期形成谷底,总体呈现“三升三降”态势,展会期间酒店星级越高,房价的涨幅越大。广交会举办期间不同星级酒店房价热点区不同;酒店房价空间分布呈圈层式结构,以琶洲馆为中心呈现明显的距离衰减规律。酒店房价影响因素主要包括与会者需求、酒店类型、城市交通与展馆距离、商圈及生态环境、区域发展战略与方针政策等。酒店房价可以作为测度大型展会对城市影响的重要指标。  相似文献

选取杭州西溪国家湿地公园作为案例地,引用协同理论为指导,探讨了旅游综合体的演化过程与机制,认为西溪国家湿地公园是由多要素组成的协同系统,经历了旅游产业要素“集聚-共生-融合”的演化过程,萌芽、成长和完善3个阶段集聚的分别是传统旅游业态要素、新兴旅游业态要素和创新旅游业态要素。演化本质是协同系统序参量的变化,不同演化阶段序参量各异,萌芽阶段体现为要素集聚,受外部经济效益驱动;成长阶段体现为要素共生,受内部要素结构调整驱动;完善阶段体现为要素融合,受创新驱动。演化动力是要素间的非线性作用,通过系统内部与外部的能量交换及子系统间相互作用所形成的反馈机制来实现。选取房价作为指标,采用均质与非均质空间比较法测定了西溪国家湿地公园的空间溢出效应。旅游业与相关产业协同创新是西溪国家湿地公园发展模式的主要特征,具体表现为以优良的资源禀赋和广阔的市场为基础,以旅游业为核心,吸引相关产业要素集聚,形成共生和融合效应,发展过程中注重外部物质能量交换和内部自组织调控。  相似文献

Based on a large number of domestic literature reviews with related research abroad, academic standards and issues awareness have been intensified in domestic tourism geography, disciplinary consciousness and innovation enhancement. Hence, some valuable achievements have been made in the areas of tourism resources, tourism regional system, the spatial structure of tourism, tourism flow, ecotourism, tourism industry, tourism planning and tourism impacts, which strengthened the traditional advantages of research, expanded new areas of research and made research trends diverse. Meanwhile, with innovation of research methods, tourism geography in China is getting more and more internationally-oriented and reflecting Chinese characteristics. Research trends of China’s tourism geography are prospected: 1) Catering to national strategic needs, persisting problem-oriented, strengthening the metatheoretical research, and building Chinese “localization” of theory of tourism geography and method system. 2) Introducing and assimilating foreign theories and research methods, while focusing on explaining new tourism phenomena and problems in the domestic socio-economic background. 3) Concerning about the new regional spatial processes of demographic process, social process, and spatial process in new tourism trend. 4) Exploring interactive process and mechanism of man-land relationship and new models to develop territorial space under the tourism impacts. 5) Exploring important research issues of tourism geography in global, national, regional and local scales, from the point of view of spatial differentiation, scale transformation, interaction of man and nature, creating tourism geography interpretation system based on “process-structure-mechanism” of China. 6) Building theoretical system actively, while strengthening application-oriented research, and focusing on tourism poverty alleviation, tourism and heritage protection, national parks’ construction and other hot issues. Faced with econometrics research boom, we should return to rational thinking, using big data scientifically, while paying attention to the important role of qualitative evaluation in future research.  相似文献

目的:应用网络药理学与分子对接技术探讨青风藤治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的作用机制。方法:从TCMSP数据库中提取青风藤的化学成分,获得药物靶点及疾病相关基因,筛选交集靶点,获得青风藤治疗 KOA 的作用靶点。对交集靶点及相关信号通路利用数据库进行基因本体(GO)功能和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析。通过分子对接平台进行分子对接。结果:获得青风藤化合物主要化学成分6种、疾病基因643个、药物与疾病交集靶点11个。网络分析结果显示,青风藤通过调控肿瘤信号通路、糖尿病并发症中的糖基化终末产及其受体信号通路(AGE-RAGE)、细胞凋亡信号通路、肿瘤抑制蛋白p53 信号通路(p53)、血清素突触信号通路等作用于前列腺素 G/H 合酶 1(PTGS1)、前列腺素-内过氧化物酶合酶 2(PTGS2)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARG)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2(Bcl-2)、转化生长因子β-1前蛋白(TGFB1)、胱天蛋白酶3(CASP3)等关键靶点,通过干预细胞凋亡、抑制炎症等发挥治疗KOA的作用。分子对接结果显示,青风藤核心成分β-谷甾醇(beta-sitosterol)、青藤碱(Sinomenine)与核心靶点结合高度稳定。结论:青风藤治疗KOA是多通路、多靶点共同作用的结果,其作用机制与细胞凋亡、炎症关系最为密切。  相似文献

Explosives are still the cheapest source of breaking rock in the mining or tunnelling operation and can be applied in varying geological conditions. It generates various troubles such as ground vibration, air overpressure, and fly rocks. It is well known that the maximum charge per delay (MCPD) has to be optimum for safe blasting and can be achieved through trial blasts, which is a complicated and costly process. Therefore, it is required to reduce the number of trial blasts. In this study, a total of 18 blasts were conducted in an underground coal mine and were simulated using similar ground conditions using Ansys software. The Peak particle velocity values obtained in the mines and through the models were compared. The error in PPV found between the actual and predicted by simulation is less than 15%. It can help us design the MCPD in rock excavation operations, visualise damages using simulation in Ansys software, and economical compared to field trials.

以上海2 156家会展企业数据为基础,借助ArcGIS空间分析平台,研究了上海会展业时空演化过程,并从产业链角度探索会展企业的布局特征,最后探究其演化机理。结果发现:1)2000年以前上海会展业发展缓慢,空间分布差异逐渐减少;2002年之后,空间分布差异加大,集聚态势加强。2)1992年会展业主要集中在黄浦区和静安区,单中心集聚显著;2002年会展业沿黄浦江西岸逐向两侧延伸,形成以上海市政府为中心、徐家汇副中心为次核心的黄浦江西岸会展业发展轴;至2014年底呈现多中心集聚、多轴线扩展的网状分布格局。3)上海会展产业链均值中心主要分布在上海副中心城区徐汇区和中心城区黄浦区,空间分布上具有正的空间集聚现象,下游会展服务企业空间集聚态势更为明显。4)上海会展业空间格局的演化是区域发展战略和方针政策、城市交通和展馆设施、城市功能转型和产业结构调整、重大节事等各个要素共同作用的结果。  相似文献
