A mass-balance model was developed for the prediction of the biomass and annual production of phytoplankton, macrophytes, epiphytes, and phytobenthos (primary producers), bacterioplankton and bacteriobenthos (reducers), herbivorous and predator zooplankton, zoobenthos, planktivorous fish, benthivorous fish, and predatory fish (consumers). The model is controlled by a small number of parameters.__________Translated from Vodnye Resursy, Vol. 32, No. 3, 2005, pp. 361–370.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2005 by Boulion. 相似文献

Two versions of a mass-balance model, simulating biotic energy flow in aquatic ecosystems are given. The first (original) version was developed with the use of Stella software package. As this package is difficult to assess for users, the author proposed a model in Excel format, based on the same balance principle as that used in the original model. Both model versions are governed by a small number of input parameters and intended to forecast the biomass and annual production of primary producers, reducers, and consumers of different orders, including fishes. 相似文献

A mass balance model is applied to assess the biotic energy flux in ecosystems of the operating Zeiskoe and Bureiskoe reservoirs
and the anticipated Lower Zeiskoe and Lower Bureiskoe Reservoirs. A forecast of the mean annual biomass and annual production
of phytoplankton, macrophytes, epiphytes, and phytobenthos (primary producers), bacterioplankton, bacteriobenthos (decomposers),
“peaceful” and predatory zooplankton, zoobenthos, plankton-feeding, benthos-feeding, and predatory fish (consumers). 相似文献

It is shown that, with increasing latitude, the primary production of lakes increasingly lags behind the primary production of land, with a resulting strengthening of the dependence of aquatic ecosystems on allochthonous input of biogenic and organic substances. An ecological model is presented, which allows the primary production of terrestrial and lacustrine ecosystems to be predicted given the geographic coordinates and climatic characteristics. 相似文献

Contribution of Major Groups of Autotrophic Organisms to Primary Production of Water Bodies 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Regularities in the development of macrophytes, epiphytes, and phytobenthos, common for different types of water bodies, are first described. The dependence of their production on the morphometry of lakes, total phosphorus content, water transparency, and latitude is examined. The total phosphorus content is shown to affect primarily the development of phytoplankton and to have only indirect effect on the development of macrophytes, epiphytes, and phytobenthos. A mass-balance model for prediction of the biomass and annual production of phytoplankton, macrophytes, epiphytes, and phytobenthos is suggested. 相似文献
