自1988年11月至1989年3月,对南极乔治王岛的长城湾沿岸水域中的海洋生物和环境因子进行了调查,1988年11月20日在2号站采得的冰芯中部有一层约5cm的棕色层,而1988年11月17日、20日和26日在5号站采得的冰芯样中有二层棕色层。固定冰中叶绿素a浓度范围在2.55～56.8mg/m~3之间,而且大部分含量集中在海冰的中间层中,而不象其它海区如昭和、戴维斯、凯西和麦克默多等站,大部分叶绿素a集中在海冰的底部,造成这种差别的原因、可能是由于海冰的结构和形成过程不同所致。  相似文献

以相应引物对日本和底栖短桨蟹的线粒体 DNA1 2 S r RNA基因片段进行了 PCR扩增和序列测定 ,分析比较了 2种间序列差异。结果表明 :日本 1 2 S r RNA基因片段长度为 41 4 bp,底栖短桨蟹为 41 5bp,2种的 A,T,G,C含量分别为 1 51 bp(36.47% ) ,1 53bp(36.96% ) ,43bp(1 0 .39% ) ,67bp(1 6.1 8% )和 1 50 bp(36.1 4 % ) ,1 55bp(37.35% ) ,44bp(1 0 .60 % ) ,66bp(1 5.90 % )。 2种间共出现了 3个碱基的缺失 /插入和 38bp的序列差异 ,其碱基转换与碱基颠换比约为 2 .1 7。  相似文献   

Study of Adsorption Isotherm Curves of Amino Acids on the Kaolinite

This paper studies the adsorption isotherm curves of four amino acids (glyucine,aspartic acid,glutamic acid and lysine)and the effects of existences of different concentrations of Cu(Ⅱ) on them.Both the adsorption isotherm of the amino acids on the kaolinite and that when the copper ion Cu(Ⅱ） exists belong to the Langmuir type.The slopes of these adsorption isotherm increase with the increasing concentrations of Cu(Ⅱ） added.It can be explained in terms of formation of the type(Ⅰ） ternary surface complexes in these systems.The regular pattern of the effects of copper ion Cu(Ⅱ) on the adsorption isotherm of amino acids on the kaolinite is identical with that of its effects on the exchange and adsorption percentage E(%)-pH on the kaolinite in the same system.  相似文献

选用铜、锌2种常见重金属和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)2种阴离子表面活性剂对脊尾白虾Palaemon carincauda仔虾进行96h急性毒性试验。结果表明,Cu2 、Zn2 、SDS、DBS对脊尾白虾仔虾的96h LC50分别为0.34、0.82、14.3和14.4 mg.L-1。将脊尾白虾仔虾对这4种毒物的敏感性与文献报道的其它动物进行了比较,结果认为可以将其作为毒性测试的标准试验生物。  相似文献

Through field geological survey,the authors found that abundant thrust faults developed in the Longmen (龙门) Mountain thrust belt.These faults can be divided into thrust faults and strike-slip faults according to their formation mechanisms and characteristics.Furthermore,these faults can be graded into primary fault,secondary fault,third-level fault,and fourth-level fault according to their scale and role in the tectonic evolution of Longmen Mountain thrust belt.Each thrust fault is composed of several secondary faults,such as Qingchuan (青川)-Maowen (茂汶) fault zone is composed of Qiaozhuang (乔庄) fault,Qingxi (青溪) fault,Maowen fault,Ganyanggou (赶羊沟) fault,etc..The Longmen Mountain thrust belt experienced early Indosinian movement,Anxian (安县) movement,Yanshan (燕山)movement,and Himalayan movement,and the faults formed gradually from north to south.  相似文献

四川本里耳泽金-菱铁矿建造矿床,赋存于上二叠统海相碳酸盐岩层中,矿化受古岩溶的严格控制,组成矿石的基本矿物为菱铁矿,金不均匀地分布于菱铁矿矿体内。成矿溶液来自加热的循环地下水。成矿过程分为早阶段和中-晚阶段。成矿温度为156-210℃,成矿深度小于1km.成矿物质主要来自地层。成矿热液呈碱性和弱还原性,贫硫,含中等盐度。矿床形成时的地质构造环境较稳定。这是我国仅见的一种特殊金矿类型。  相似文献
