Gold ore districts in the Siberian (North Asian) craton and bordering terranes have been studied. Studies showed the long duration of gold concentration processes (Early Cambrian to Late Mesozoic and Cenozoic) and the influence of structural geological, magmatic, and metallogenic factors on the formation of ore districts. The largest Late Mesozoic (J–K) accumulations of gold deposits in southeastern Russia were discovered in the Aldan–Stanovoi Shield and at the northern margin of the Argun superterrane in the Aldan (Yakutia), Balei (Transbaikalia), and Gonzha (Upper Amur area) ore–placer districts.The geological and geophysical positions of these three districts have been compared. All of them are situated in zones of influence of variously trending long-lived deep faults, bordered by large Precambrian uplifts, and spatially (paragenetically) related to local magma chamber domes of Late Mesozoic (J–K) intrusive, subvolcanic, and extrusive–effusive bodies, dikes, and terrigenous pyroclastic blankets. The areas of Jurassic–Cretaceous volcanoplutonic rocks are related to the influence of the East Asian sublithospheric “superplume.”All this confirms the important ore-controlling role of large long-lived deep faults (in the form of global and regional gravity gradient zones) in the distribution of highly productive precious-metal ore–magmatic systems. This suggests that the junctions between gravity gradient zones of different trends and ranks are important to the identification of gold prospects in metallogenic prediction studies and small-scale prospecting. The Archean–Proterozoic age and the great occurrence depth of the tectonic zones suggest that extensive long-lived mobile zones (before the post-Cambrian breakup of the Siberian craton) significantly affected further evolution of the orogenic belts bordering the craton and their metallogeny, including the distribution of precious- metal deposits.  相似文献

On the contiguous territories of southeastern Russia and northeastern China, many gold-bearing areas are conjugate in space with the gradient zones of the gravity field. Large gold-ore districts, defining in many respects the metallogenic signature of the region, are located on the joints of differently oriented gradient zones. In the best-studied districts, the Precambrian protrusions, staged distribution of magmatic chambers ( by vertical) above the Mohorovicic discontinuity and restriction to the peripheral parts of intrusive massifs have been recognized. Different-type gold deposits in the studied ore-placer districts and nodes are often located on the areas of joint of the granitoid massifs and subvolcanic bodieswith depressions. Availability of areals of metasomatic alterations of rocks, placers, and ore occurrences of precious metals on such but poorly studied areas can serve as the basis for the revision and detailed forecasting-prospecting works to develop the mineral-raw material base of the region for precious metals.  相似文献

Spinner dolphins Stenella longirostris longirostris off the south-west coast of Mauritius are subject to ongoing anthropogenic disturbance in the form of daily dolphin tourism, which has intensified since 1998. Abundance of this species was estimated using photo-identification data and mark-recapture analysis. Between April 2008 and June 2010, identification photographs were collected from dolphins occurring along a 30 km length of the coast of south-west Mauritius. A total of 250 groups were encountered over 229 survey days. Mark-recapture analyses were performed on a photographic dataset of more than 8 000 good- and excellent-quality images and 83 animals were identified as distinctively marked individuals. The majority (85.5%) were seen more than once and resightings indicated a resident population. The compiled version of SOCPROG 2.4 was used to investigate the lagged identification rate. The fitted model supported a mostly resident population with additional animals moving in and out of the study area. The estimated abundance of the total population in the study area ranged between 138 and 399 individuals. Our results can be used for monitoring the population for fluctuations and for encouraging both the enforcement of laws regarding dolphin watching and the development of further means of management needed to ensure the long-term presence of this population.  相似文献

On the basis of measurements of the intensity of 1.58-μm emissions of the Infrared Atmospheric System of molecular oxygen (IRAO2) conducted at the Zvenigorod scientific station of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (φ = 55.7°N, λ = 36.8°E), seasonal variations are estimated for various solar zenith angles. Their amplitude has the maximum value at the solar zenith angles χ S ∼ 105–110°. It decreases at χ S ∼ 125–130° and tends to zero at χ S ∼ 80–85°. The comparison of currently measured values of the 1.58-μm emission intensity of the Infrared Atmospheric System of molecular oxygen with published data on the intensity of this emission obtained in 1961–1966 reveals their decrease over approximately 50 years. This fact is in good agreement with similar behavior of the emission intensity of atomic oxygen (557.7 nm) over the period considered.  相似文献

The spatial connections of endogenous deposits with anomalies of the vertical density gradient in lithosphere,calculated on the formulas for the spherical gravity sources are analyzed for Amur Province. The spatial parameters of tin-bearing, tungsten-bearing and gold-bearing regional ore-magmatic systems (ore regions, belts, zones and areas) are characterized by correlation of deep gradient density anomalies in the crust and upper mantle with the extensivity of superficial ore mineralization. Tin-ore deposits are mainly connected with density heterogeneities of the upper crust layer (up to a depth of 20 km), and tungsten, molibdenium and polymetallic deposits-with anomalies of the density gradient in the low crust layer (at a depth of 30 km) and in the upper mantle (at a depth of 60~70 km). Gold-ore regions are characterized by the greatest vertical range of fluid-magmatic systems (about 100 km from the surface) and arethrough ones in relation to mantle and crust tectonic structures. Opportunity is shown for the 3D density gradient model of the Amur Province lithosphere to be applied for constructing the forecast metallogenic models.  相似文献
