本研究采用现场定量观测为主的研究方法,在2017年5月期间对苏北浅滩竹根沙收紫菜养殖筏架作业过程进行跟踪调查;对养殖筏架绠绳附生绿藻自然脱落和收筏架作业过程人为刮落附生绿藻,以及收筏架作业前后入海的漂浮绿藻生物量进行定量观测。结果表明:筏架绳附生绿藻自然脱落率低,为3.58%±0.78%;收筏架作业过程中绠绳上刮落绿藻生物量为(12±3)kg湿重/根,由此估算2017年整个苏北浅滩刮落的生物量估算可达到万吨湿重;收筏架作业后海域漂浮绿藻生物量是作业前的7.6倍。研究结果进一步明确了收筏架作业过程中人为刮落绿藻是目前筏架附生绿藻最主要的入海方式。刮落绿藻是海水中漂浮绿藻的主要来源,其生物量对南黄海绿潮的规模大小有重要的影响。研究结果为绿潮防控措施的制定和实施提供科学依据。  相似文献

A large-scale bloom occurred from May to June in 2011 in sea area near Qinhuangdao of the Bohai Sea, leading to huge damage of the scallop culture industry. Similar blooms have been observed in this region for three years. The causative species of the bloom, which dominated the phytoplankton community with the maximum cell density around 109 cell/L, could not be identified with morphological features due to the small cell size (~2 mm). A pigment analytical method was then adopted to analyze the pigment profile of the phytoplankton samples collected from the blooming sea area. It was found that pico-sized (<2 mm), nano-sized (2-20 mm), and bulk phytoplankton samples had similar pigment profile, representing the pigment signature of the bloom-causative species. The major pigments detected included 19-butanoyloxyfucoxanthin (But-fuco), fucoxanthin (Fuco), diadinoxanthin (Diad) and chlorophyll a (Chl a), and high content of But-fuco was the most significant characteristics of the phytoplankton samples. Based on the pigment composition and content, the bloom-causative species could be tentatively identified as pelagophyte, "type 8" group of haptophyte, or silicoflagellate. Some unique features of the bloom, such as the extremely high cell density, small-sized and But-fuco containing cells, occurring in early summer, and the feeding-cessation effects on scallops, suggest it be a "brown tide" event similar to those reported in the east coast of the United States of America. The recurrent "brown tide" events and their dramatic impacts on the shellfish mariculture industry in Qinhuangdao need close attention in the coming years.  相似文献

The dinoflagellate Alexandrium minutum is often associated with harmful algal blooms (HABs). This species consists of many strains that differ in their ability to produce toxins but have similar morphology, making identification difficult. In this study, species-specific rRNA probes were designed for whole-cell fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) to distinguish A. minutum from two phylogenetic clades. We acquired the complete SSU to LSU rDNA sequences (GenBank accession numbers JF906989-JF906999) of 11 Alexandrium strains and used these to design rRNA targeted oligonucleotide probes. Three ribotype-specific probes, M-GC-1, M-PC-2, and M-PC-3, were designed. The former is specific for the GC clade ("Global clade") of A. minutum, the majority of which have been found non-toxic, and the latter two are specific for the PSP (paralytic shellfish poisoning)-producing PC clade ("Pacific clade"). The specificity of these three probes was confirmed by FISH. All cells in observed fields of view were fluorescently labeled when probes and target species were incubated under optimized FISH conditions. However, the accessibility of rRNA molecules in ribosomes varied among the probe binding positions. Thus, there was variation in the distribution of positive signals in labeled cells within nucleolus and cytosol (M-GC-1, M-PC-3), or just nucleolus (M-PC-2). Our results provide a methodological basis for studying the biogeography and population dynamics of A. minutum, and providing an early warning of toxic HABs.  相似文献

生物多样性指数是生物群落研究中的重要参数,广泛应用于海洋生态系统生物多样性的评价和研究。作者利用微软的电子表格软件Excel中的数组函数、条件函数及其他函数,提供了一种快速、简便、可靠的同时计算Shannon、Simpson、Berger-Parker、Margalef和Pielou均匀度指数等8种常用生物多样性指数的方法,应用开发的Excel文件——Biodixcel.xlsx,使用者只需在此文件列出的表格中一次性录入所要计算的原始数据即可在此表格中同时得到上述几个指数的计算结果,本方法为群落生物多样性的计算提供了一种简单、实用的工具。  相似文献

近年来有害赤潮在全世界频繁爆发,规模也呈逐渐增大的趋势,其对海洋生态系统结构和功能的影响,引起了广泛关注。原生动物是海洋生态系统中微食物环的重要组分,通过其摄食,可以将中型浮游动物难以摄食的有机颗粒、微型浮游植物和微微型浮游生物连接到高级消费者。由于形成有害赤潮的浮游植物大都是细胞较小的微型浮游植物,因此,有害赤潮和原生动物的关系密切。  相似文献

本文研究了光照、温度对小球藻(Chlorella sp.)吸收~(60)Co和~(137)Cs以及对生长的影响。实验是在~(60)Co,~(137)Cs混合示踪条件下进行的,结果表明:(1)小球藻对~(60)Co有着很高的累积能力,而对~(137)Cs的累积能力较低;(2)光照无论对藻吸收~(60)Co还是吸收~(137)Cs的浓缩系数的影响都是全光照>半光照>黑暗;(3)温度升高藻吸收~(60)Co的浓缩系数增大;(4)小球藻在全光照、28℃时的生长最好,而在黑暗、35℃时的生长最差。  相似文献

The effects of Prorocentrum donghaiense,Karenia mikimotoi,Alexandrium catenella,the causative species of Harmful Algal Blooms in the East China Sea,on the survival and growth of Neomysis awatschensis and Artemia salina were investigated.And the toxicity of eleven strains of Alexandrium----A.lusitanicum(AL-1)、A.minutum(AM-1)、A.spp.(A-K)、A.tamarense(ATHK,ATCI02,ATCI03,AT5-1,AT5-3,AT-6)、A.affine(AS-1,AC-1) to the two above organisms were compared. The results showed that P.donghaiense and K.mikimotoi had no adverse effect on the survival and growth of N.awatschensis and A.salina at 96h.However,the survival rate of N.awatschensis and A.salina declined linearly with the increasing density of A.catenella,and the 96h LC50 for N.awatschensis and A.salina was 4500 and 460 cells/mL,respectively, Five strains of Alexandrium----A.spp,A.lusitanicum (AL-1),A.tamarense(AT5-3,AT-6) and A.affine (AS-1)at the density of 4000cells/mL and 96h had no adverse impacts on N.awatschensis. But other six strains of Alexandrium a.Tamarense(AT5-1,ATHK,ATCI02,ATCI03),A.affine(AC-1) and A.minutum(AM-1)decreased the survival fate of N.awatschensis significantly. Two strains of Alexandrium----A.lusitanicum(AL-1) and A.tamarense(AT-6),at the density of 500cells/mL. had no adverse effects on A.salina in 96h;while the other Alexandrium strains all had adverse effeets on the survival of a.salina, A.salina could increase its length with the increasing density of P.donghaiense,K.mikimotoi and A.luxitanicum. The results indicate that P.donghaiense and K.mikimotoi have nio significant effect on the survival of crustaeean zoop lankton in a short period. But several Alexandrium specised/strains could influence the survival of crustacean zooplankton likely by non-PSP substances. A.salina is shown to be more sensitive than N.awatschensis as test organisms to harmful species.  相似文献

诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)在生物机体免疫,特别在无脊椎动物免疫中的作用近来得到了广泛的关注,由其催化产生的一氧化氯(NO)除具有已知的神经传导、松弛平滑肌等功能外,还具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗寄生虫等作用。作者通过硝基四氯唑蓝(NBT)法和血细胞形态观察等方法,对中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)血细胞中存在的诱导型一氧化氮合成酶进行了初步鉴定。在此基础上,通过亚硝酸盐法和L-瓜氨酸法对比,研究了感染白斑综合症病毒(WSSV)后中国明对虾血细胞中一氧化氯合成酶的变化情况。结果显示,中国明对虾在感染WSSV后,iNOS活性在12h内有上升趋势,实验36h后酶活性显著下降,至60h后酶活性降至对照组的一半左右。同时,被脂多糖(LPS)诱导的一氧化氮合成酶活性与对照相比也有显著下降。与此对应的是,核酸探针斑点杂交法检测病毒的结果显示:实验36h后在对虾体内能够检测到白斑综合症病毒。对照组中国明对虾血细胞的iNOS在实验过程中基本保持稳定。这说明WSSV在感染中国明对虾初期可以诱导血细胞产生iNOS,但随着WSSV在中国明对虾体内的大量增殖及其对血细胞的破坏,使得iNOS活性显著降低,对虾也趋于死亡。因此,iNOS能够作为反映对虾在病毒感染过程中健康状况的有效指标。  相似文献
