Seagrass research in China is still in its infancy. Even though there has been progress recently, there is still a great deal
of research needed to gain a better understanding of seagrass. In this article we review and discuss the advances in seagrass
research in China from two aspects: (1) seagrass species and their distribution; (2) seagrass research in China, including
studies on their taxonomy, ecology, photosynthesis, applications in aquaculture, salt-tolerance mechanisms and other research
topics. A total of 18 seagrass species belonging to 8 genera are distributed in nine provinces and regions in China (including
Hong Kong and Taiwan), as well as the Xisha and Nansha Archipelagos. They can be divided into two groups: a North China Group
and a South China Group. Based on the seagrass distribution, the Chinese mainland coast can be divided into three sections:
North China Seagrass Coast, Middle China Seagrass Coast, and South China Seagrass Coast. Ecological studies include research
on seagrass communities, nutrient cycling in seagrass ecosystems, genetic diversity, pollution ecology and research in the
key regions of Shandong, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan. Seagrass species and their locations, community structure, ecological
evaluation, epiphytes, ecological functions and threats in the key regions are also summarized. Other studies have focused
on remote sensing of seagrass, threatened seagrass species of China, and pollen morphology of Halophila ovalis. 相似文献

海洋沉积物中残留的硅壳、甲藻孢囊、类脂类化合物及生物硅等生态参数被广泛应用于反演和指示海洋古环境特征.本研究通过测定烟台四十里湾表层沉积物中的硅藻化石、甲藻孢囊、菜籽甾醇、甲藻甾醇及生物硅5种生态参数,比较不同生态参数的相关性及它们在反演海洋环境中的功能差异,建立了多参数综合应用的研究方法.研究发现,沉积物中的硅壳丰度与菜籽甾醇含量及生物硅含量存在明显正相关关系(P<0.05),菜籽甾醇含量与生物硅含量可以较好的佐证与提高沉积物中硅壳对硅藻生物量指示的准确性;甲藻孢囊与甲藻甾醇含量相关性不明显(P>0.05),相较而言,甲藻甾醇可以更准确的反演甲藻的生物量.因此,生物与化学参数的结合应用不仅可以提高生物量指示的精确性,而且有助于从物种组成角度更好的了解藻类对环境变化的响应特征. 相似文献

烟台潮间带大型底栖动物群落组成和结构研究 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
根据2009年11月至2010年8月对烟台3种典型潮间带的大型底栖动物调查,分析了烟台典型潮间带大型底栖动物的群落结构特征,包括群落种类组成、丰度和生物量、优势种、多样性等,采用MDS和CLUSTER分析了大型底栖动物的群落结构,并用AMBI和m-AMBI对底栖群落和环境质量进行了评估。结果表明:本次调查共鉴定出大型底栖动物111种,其中多毛类动物40种,甲壳动物37种,软体动物29种,棘皮动物1种,鱼类2种,其他动物2种(包括纽虫和腔肠动物各1种)。多毛类动物和甲壳动物占据了研究区域底栖群落的主要成分,两者分别占据了群落总种数的36.04%和33.33%。从季节来看,3种类型潮间带物种数均为冬季最低,而秋季则普遍处于较高水平。物种丰度在3种类型潮间带的分布为泥沙质的渔人码头泥质的养马岛沙质的辛安河口,3种类型潮间带的丰度主要贡献者分别为甲壳动物、软体动物和多毛类动物。渔人码头和辛安河口的生物量均以秋季为最高,而养马岛在冬季达到最高,且远高于其他3个季节;软体动物是3种不同类型潮间带生物量的主要贡献者。烟台3种类型潮间带出现的优势种多达15种,但多数优势种仅在某个潮间带的单个季节出现,优势种受季节和潮间带类型的影响明显;日本大螯蜚(优势度为0.29~0.82)是渔人码头全年的优势种,中型阿曼吉虫则是辛安河口的主要优势物种,养马岛的优势物种则为养殖逃逸的菲律宾蛤仔。与以往历史资料相比,烟台潮间带大型底栖动物已经受到了人类活动的深刻影响,原有的潮间带经济种类已经严重退化或消失。 相似文献

于 2008 年 8 月 10—28 日, 在山东乳山近海赤潮发生海域采用直接采水计数法对浮游植物种类组成进行了 4 次跟踪监测。结果表明, 此次赤潮主要由海洋卡盾藻引起, 面积约 100km2, 平均密度 1.46×106 cells/L, 占浮游植物总数的 91.32%。 从 8 月 19 日开始, 海洋卡盾藻赤潮开始消退, 同时中肋骨条藻和尖刺拟菱形藻密度增高, 到 8 月 28 日本次赤潮完全消失。研究发现, 该海域富营养化、低盐度的理 相似文献

近三十年来曹妃甸岸线岛体时空演变特征分析 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
在对1979年、1987年、1991年、1997年、2002年-2005年、2008年、2012年十个时期曹妃甸遥感影像图解译的基础上,从自然地理学角度对岸线和岛体历史演变趋势进行系统分析,得到曹妃甸岸线和岛体动态变化。研究结果显示,曹妃甸岛体面积在近半个世纪发生了较大的变化,由0.34 km2增加为227.34 km2;岸线整体表现为向海推进,1979年曹妃甸陆域岸线25.21%为自然岸线,之后自然岸线比例逐渐减少,自2002年起人工岸线占据了曹妃甸陆域岸线的全部,2012年岛体整体人工岸线长度较1989年自然岸线增长10倍之多;岛体在自然演变时期呈现中部侵蚀、两端淤积、端点延长、西向漂移且中心点逐步向大陆靠拢的变化特征,自2005年起自然状态岛体已不复存在。 相似文献
