对“提升基础地质调查服务能力”新要求的理解与思考

《浙江省自然资源发展“十四五”规划纲要(征求意见稿)》,对基础地质工作提出了“提升服务能力”的新要求,具体是:全面推进区域地质调查、城市地质调查、水工环地质调查、地球物理和地球化学调查,建立基础地质核心数据库;开展精细化土地质量地质调查和天然富硒土地资源详查,建立土地质量地质调查数据库;推进生态功能区和海岸带等综合地质调查.  相似文献

2018年3月至2019年7月,对广州市南沙区红树林资源进行了野外实地调查。研究结果表明,南沙区共有红树植物12科15属16种,包括真红树植物6科7属8种和半红树植物7科8属8种;红树林主要分布于南沙湿地公园、洪奇沥东岸14涌至17涌滩涂、仁隆围和义隆围东部河岸、蕉西水闸、大角山海滨公园、沥心沙大桥桥脚、沙仔岛、坦头村等地;红树林群落可以分为无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)+桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)群落、无瓣海桑群落、桐花树群落、老鼠簕(Acanthus ilicifolius)群落、无瓣海桑+老鼠簕群落、卤蕨(Acrostichum aureum)群落、秋茄(Kandelia obvata)群落、假茉莉(Clerodendrum inerme)群落、水黄皮(Pongamia pinnata)群落、黄槿(Hibiscus tiliaceus)群落、桐花树+老鼠簕群落、秋茄+桐花树群落、木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)群落、银叶树(Heritiera littoralis)群落和海杧果(Cerbera manghas)群落等15种主要群落类型。为了更好地保护和利用南沙区的红树林资源,建议在宜林地补种红树植物,划定红树林重点保护区域,加强红树林监测和对入侵植物薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha)的治理,积极开展红树林生态旅游等。  相似文献

The economic development in China and the rising of the living standard need to speed up the urbanisa-tion.The development of small towns is an important way to Chinese urbanization.Land use plays a very important role in the development of small towns.However there are many problems in the development of small towns,esp.in land use.The paper first discusses the land problems in the development of small towns.Such as much cultivated land lies idle,under-utilization and waste of land,increasing illegal use of land,unstable contractural relationship for land use.The relationship between the development of small towns and land use is also studied.Then the guidelines for the land system innovations of small towns are put forward.Namely the sustainability of social and economic development,the bal-ance between land reservation and land utilization,the provision of service to village ,agriculture and farmer,the manage-ment of land resource and land assets,the parsimonious andlegal use of land.The basic framework of land system innova-tions of small towns is put forward finally.It include the land replacement policy for small towns and the permanent tenan-cy of farmland,the overall plan for land uses and other plans in harmony,the establishment of a flexible system of land supplies,using land with payments ,the transfer of agricultural land and refining the land law related to the construction of small towns.  相似文献   

平面直角坐标转换方法与精度分析

引言 图纸由于其直观、准确和可复测等特性,已成为我们日常工作中经常使用的一种资料,如国土资源管理工作中的土地利用现状图、规划图、地籍图、土地勘测定界图、地形图等.生产图纸的关键是要将地面上的点与图上的点一一对应起来,经综合后,用恰当的符号进行表示,为此,需要建立统一的坐标系.由于地球本身是一个椭球体,各国所使用的坐标系都不全相同,如我国主要使用的是1954北京坐标系和1980西安坐标系;同时,由于我国幅员辽阔,许多地方还建立了地方直角坐标系或独立坐标系.从而,因为坐标系的不同而给我们的工作带来许多不便,所以进行不同坐标系间的坐标转换是一项十分重要而又具有实际意义的工作.本文以1954北京和1980西安平面直角坐标仿射转换、二次变换为例进行说明,并进行简单的精度分析.  相似文献   

Geochemical survey of thermal system in Northeast China and their geothermometric characters

The chemical composition of several thermal springs around Changbaishan area has been investigated. Cenozoic basaltic rocks are widely distributed in Northeast China and geothermal characteristics have been described. About one hundred hot springs exist around Changhaishan Volcano at the border between China and D.P.R.Korea with high temperature about 82~C. The pH values of the spring water range from 6.9 to 7.1 and the total flow rate is about 4.8 L/sec. The chemical composition of the thermal springs is sodium carbonate; the high-mineral contents of thermal water are believed to have medicinal properties. Bathhouses are already built along the hot springs to take the advantage of the supposed healing properties. The high quality of those hot springs is believed to be utilitized for mineral water. The chemical equilibrium temperatures were estimated at about 160℃ based on the Na-K-Ca geochemical thermometer.  相似文献
