雌雄比对海带雌配子体发育的影响

本实验进行了不同雌雄比对海带雌配子体发育的影响。结果表明：雌雄比(鲜重)为1：1及2：1，实验组出现排卵时间最早，且发育率高，实验第20天，发育率超过70％，孢子体正常。5：1，10：1，20：1实验组随着雄性比例的减少，发育率逐渐降低，随着培养天数的增加，三个实验组均出现未受精卵及畸形孢子体，雌雄比越大，未受精卵数目越多。  相似文献

在193亩池塘中开展三疣梭子蟹雌雄分养和雌雄混养对比试验。其中雌雄分养面积93亩，亩产商品蟹182公斤，平均壳宽12．6厘米，平均个体重230．1克，成活率40．2％。与雌雄混养相比，亩产量提高了53．6％，成活率提高了1.51倍。专家鉴定认为，梭子蟹雌雄分养，方式新颖，效果明显，技术水平属国内先进。  相似文献

通过对自然光３年的逐日观测表明，一定照度的光时受天气状况影响发生明显变化，晴天光时长、阴雨天光时短，低温伴随着短光时。武汉地区光照度（Ｅ）大于５０ｌｘ，光时大于１３ｈ ４５ｍｉｎ的持续时间是６月￣８月１日，该时段内基本可满足光敏核不育的光照条件。  相似文献   

The Role of Residential Location in Conditioning the Effect of Metropolitan Economic Structure on Male Youth Employment

Youths have increasingly experienced labor market problems over the last several decades. One fruitful line of explanation focuses on structural changes in the demand for labor stemming from deindustrialization, changing skill requirements for employees, and increasing supply competition from women and recent immigrants. While these explanations merit attention, they have not adequately considered facts that condition their impact. This paper considers the argument that intra-metropolitan residential location conditions the effects of metropolitan labor market structure on black and white male youths' employment probabilities. Using a sample of individual-level data drawn from the 1990 census combined with metropolitan-level indicators of economic structure, it was found that some structural effects varied between central-city and suburban male youths. The conditioning role of residential location, and the subsequent nature of the structural effects, varied considerably between black and white male youths. Interpretations of the conditioning role of residential location include a variety of social and institutional effects on individual residents and the stigmatizing effects of some neighborhoods, especially on black male youths.  相似文献

Pagurus hermit crabs have a well‐developed right cheliped (major cheliped) and in some species the major cheliped of males is longer than that of females. This paper describes sex‐related differences in major cheliped length and regeneration pattern of the major cheliped in the hermit crab Pagurus filholi. We also examined the function of the major cheliped in male–male competition. Major cheliped length of males was longer than that of females in P. filholi. Males regenerated larger chelipeds than females at the first molt after experimentally induced autotomy. Body size growth in males of the regeneration group was less than that in intact males of the control group while there was no significant difference in body size growth of females between regeneration and control groups. Major cheliped length was included in the best model to explain the outcome of male–male competition and thus sexual selection appears to be a causative factor in the sex‐related difference of the major cheliped length. Sex‐related differences in the regeneration pattern may reflect differences in evolutionary pressures on males for large major chelipeds and females for large body size.  相似文献

采用人工催产、波恩氏液固定、石蜡切片和Ｈ·Ｅ染色等方法，研究了杂交一代（Ｆ１）自交的受精细胞学过程。结果表明，鲫鲤杂交一代自交时有正常的受精细胞学过程。受精后，卵子完成第二次成熟分裂，排出第二极体；１５ｍｉｎ，雌雄性原核形成，２０ｍｉｎ，两性原核完全融合，形成二倍体的合子，４０ｍｉｎ，开始进行卵裂；１ｈ，两个分裂球出现，本实验为Ｆ２代是二倍体提供了证据。  相似文献

目的：基于网络药理学探讨覆盆子-红花药对治疗男性不育症的物质基础及作用机制。方法：用TCMSP数据库检索覆盆子、红花,收集其化学成分以及靶点信息;用GeneCards和OMIM数据库筛选男性不育症的疾病靶点;应用韦恩图筛选药物与疾病的共同靶点;应用R软件进行GO富集分析及KEGG分析;应用 Cytoscape 3.7.2 软件构建药物-活性成分-疾病-靶点互作网络。结果：从覆盆子、红花得到了22个活性成分及202个药物靶点。在药物-活性成分-疾病-靶点互作网络中,degree值较高的为槲皮素及木犀草素,表明覆盆子-红花药对治疗男性不育症的主要活性成分可能为槲皮素、木犀草素等。覆盆子-红花药对治疗男性不育症的可能靶点有131个,其中核心靶点为ALB、AKT1、IL-6、VEGFA、JUN等,这些靶点主要与氧化及抗氧化生物等生物学过程相关。覆盆子-红花药对的靶点主要通过P13K/Akt信号通道治疗男性不育症。结论：覆盆子-红花药对通过多靶点、多途径治疗男性不育症。本研究为开展覆盆子-红花药对治疗男性不育症的实验提供了理论基础,为男性不育症的治疗提供了更多的思路。  相似文献   

Looking for a White Male Effect in Generation Z: Race,Gender, and Political Effects on Environmental Concern and Ambivalence

The “White male effect” has been presented in past literature as a way to explain the tendency for White males to have lower environmental concern and risk perceptions than female and non-White individuals. Recently, research has proposed the “White male effect” may be a “conservative White male effect,” due to findings that political ideology impacts environmental concern. This study used a sample of young college-educated adults from Generation Z to test whether the conservative White male effect is present for environmental concern and ambivalence toward a proenvironmental worldview in this younger generation. Online surveys were distributed to undergraduate students at a large northeastern university in spring of 2016. A total of 1,940 surveys were returned. Results showed a lack of a unique White male, or conservative White male, effect above and beyond differences explained by gender, Whiteness, and political affiliation. The implications of this effect’s absence are discussed.  相似文献
