A higher-order non-hydrostatic model in a σ-coordinate system is developed. The model uses an implicit finite difference scheme on a staggered grid to simultaneously solve the unsteady Navier-Stokes equations (NSE) with the free-surface boundary conditions. An integral method is applied to resolve the top-layer non-hydrostatic pressure, allowing for accurately resolving free-surface wave propagation. In contrast to the previous work, a higher-order spatial discretization is utilized to approximate the large horizontal pressure gradient due to steep surface waves or rapidly varying topographies. An efficient direct solver is developed to solve the resulting block hepta-diagonal matrix system. Accuracy of the new model is validated by linear and nonlinear standing waves and progressive waves. The model is then used to examine freak (extreme) waves. Features of downshifting focusing location and wave asymmetry characteristics are predicted on the temporal and spatial domains of a freak wave.  相似文献

通过对胶东区域断裂构造时空演化的分析,提出郯庐大断裂的次级断裂为胶东金矿的控矿构造,并为导矿构造。晚燕山期区域右行走滑断裂活动产生的浅部张剪裂隙为容矿构造,其张裂变形产生的扩容作用是“泵吸”深部矿液上侵充填的驱动力。张剪断裂以脉动方式释放构造应力,实测差应力值为120~40MPa;从早到晚有衰减趋势。容矿断裂脉动活动可划分为脆性破裂和脆韧性扩张两种动力学状态或阶段,并制约着热液反应体系中成矿和控制反应进行的方向和强度,从而控制成矿元素的富集和分散。热液成矿反应体系的热力学演化与构造动力学条件的耦合是金富矿石形成的机制。  相似文献

针对东西跨度较大的线路,借助最小二乘法建立斜轴参考椭球,以减小高斯投影横坐标;通过坐标系转换理论,推导出测区在各坐标系下的空间直角坐标,进而确定测区相对于斜轴参考椭球上的大地坐标;利用椭球变换法建立斜轴变形椭球以减小因高程引起的投影变形。以某铁路线为例,可知"斜轴变形椭球高斯投影方法"可大大减小投影后横轴方向分量,避免高斯投影分带现象,同时有效减小高程及其引起的投影变形。该方法数学模型严谨、运算过程清晰,便于编制相关软件,可投入工程使用。  相似文献

边界增强与识别在重力数据处理中占据重要地位,与传统重力异常数据相比,重力张量及其高阶分量对于直接反映异常体的边界具有更高的精度。当异常数据中的所有网格点的值均较低时,通过Sigmoid变换,可以实现高异常值网格数据的拉升,同时压缩低灰度级像素,从而凸显地质体边界,提高边界增强后图像的识别效果。文中利用张量及其分量构建常用的边界识别算法,通过组合体模型进行多种边界识别算法的试算,以比较分析各自的效果,并对结果进行Sigmoid变换。结果表明:对于张量高阶分量组合形式,水平梯度模、解析信号能基本反映浅异常体的边界,gzz水平梯度模能较好反映浅异常体边界,但三者均不能识别深异常体边界;Tilt梯度、Theta和ITA3效果不理想;ITA2能在有效均衡不同强度异常信号的同时,清晰地识别不同深度异常体的边界;采用Sigmoid变换,可以明显提高边界识别的识别效果。  相似文献

应用6σ质量管理方法评价X射线荧光光谱法测定多目标地球化学样品分析中4个日常监控土壤标准物质中C l、S、总碳、N、Na2O、MgO、A l2O3、SiO2、P、K2O、CaO、Ba、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、TFe2O3、Zn、Ga、Br、Pb、Th、Rb、Sr、Y、Zr、Nb等27个项目检测质量水平。研究结果显示,随着高精度、自动化仪器的应用,多目标样品分析多个项目的精密度、准确度都得到大幅度的提高,部分检测项目的性能已经达到6σ质量水平;但有少数项目如N、总碳、Cr等低于3σ质量水平,其精密度准确度均需改进,分析性能有待进一步提高,建议更换检测方法。用6σ质量管理方法评价地质实验分析测试质量水平与地质实验室传统质量控制方法得出的结果具有一致性,其评价方法简便、量化、直观、具有一定的应用价值。  相似文献

A three-dimensional finite-difference hydrodynamic model has been developed using σ-coordinate for the vertical dimension. An explicit scheme for temporal integration and a staggered grid for spatial discretization have been adopted. The model has been tested against analytical or literature cases for wind and tide induced circulation. Results are in good agreement both with analytical solutions under idealised conditions and with results from the model of Shankar et al. (1996).  相似文献

When a steep bottom slope exists, it is well known that conventional methods for calculating horizontal diffusion in sigma-coordinate coastal ocean models causes spurious transport (e.g. salinity, temperature, and sediments) and currents. In this study, a second-order accurate finite-difference algorithm and program have been developed to reduce the spurious numerical diffusion errors. In the proposed algorithm, the finite differencing is performed in the x-z coordinate system to approximate the horizontal gradient. Each variable in the finite differential formation is calculated in the sigma-coordinate grid cells using a second-order Lagrangian interpolation polynomial. In conjunction with a stepwise bottom boundary condition, numerical experiments show that the proposed finite-difference scheme considerably reduces numerical errors compared to conventional approaches when dealing with horizontal diffusion over steep topography, which often occurs in coastal oceans and navigation channels.  相似文献

We try to find how often, and in what regions large earthquakes (M≥7.0) occur within the shallow portion (20-60 km depth) of a subducting slab. Searching for events in published individual studies and the Harvard University centroid moment tensor catalogue, we find twenty such events in E. Hokkaido, Kyushu-SW, Japan, S. Mariana, Manila, Sumatra, Vanuatu, N. Chile, C. Peru, El Salvador, Mexico, N. Cascadia and Alaska. Slab stresses revealed from the mechanism solutions of these large intraslab events and nearby smaller events are almost always down-dip tensional. Except for E. Hokkaido, Manila, and Sumatra, the upper plate shows horizontal stress gradient in the arc-perpendicular direction. We infer that shear tractions are operating at the base of the upper plate in this direction to produce the observed gradient and compression in the outer fore-arc, balancing the down-dip tensional stress of the slab. This tectonic situation in the subduction zone might be realized as part of the convection system with some conditions, as shown by previous numerical simulations.  相似文献

A higher-order non-hydrostatic σ model is developed to simulate non-linear refraction–diffraction of water waves. To capture non-linear (or steep) waves, a 4th-order spatial discretization is utilized to approximate the large horizontal pressure gradient. A higher-order top-layer pressure treatment is further implemented to resolve wave propagation. The model's characteristics including linear wave dispersion and non-linearity are carefully examined. The accuracy of the present model using only two vertical layers is validated by laboratory data and the available results predicted by the non-linear Schrödinger equation, Boussinesq-type equations, the non-linear mild slope equation, and the Laplace equation. Features of harmonic generation as well as the influences of dispersion and non-linearity on wave energy transfer processes are discussed.  相似文献
