研究了几种常用的消毒剂（高锰酸钾、鲁歌氏碘液、新洁尔灭溶液、孔雀石绿）对山西两性卤虫不同发育时期的影响。结果表明：不同发育时期的卤虫对同一试剂有敏感性有明显的不同,其中后无节幼虫是最敏感时期;卡方检验结果表明,卤虫对所用试剂的安全剂量分别是：高锰酸钾≤１ｐｐｍ,鲁歌氏碘液≤１ｐｐｍ,新洁尔灭溶液≤２０ｐｐｍ,孔雀石绿≤０．２ｐｐｍ;由于不同试剂的药理作用不同,因此卤虫对不同试剂的耐受力,并不遵循一  相似文献

Unialgal explants from Luminaria digitata, and from a variety of red algae were obtained by hand removing the visible epiphytes, and stirring the tissue in the presence of glass beads. Two antibiotic mixtures were found to be efficient in removing the contaminating fungi and bacteria from the algae. 用溴氯海因(BCDMH)和二溴海因(DBDMH)两种消毒剂对吉富罗非鱼进行急性毒性试验,研究吉富罗非鱼对海因类消毒剂的耐受性。结果表明:溴氯海因对吉富罗非鱼苗的24 h LC50、48 h LC50和安全浓度分别为9.61、8.66、2.11 mg/L,二溴海因对吉富罗非鱼苗的24 h LC50、48 h LC50和安全浓度分别9.89、9.78、2.87 mg/L。  相似文献
