目的:通过数据挖掘分析针刺治疗支气管哮喘的选穴规律。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据(WANFANG DATA)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)自建库至2022年9月20日收录的针刺治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究文献,通过中医传承辅助平台系统V2.5进行频次、关联规则、聚类、核心处方分析。结果:共纳入42篇文献,包含52个腧穴,总使用频次为272次,使用频次排前10位的腧穴依次为:肺俞、定喘、足三里、丰隆、膻中、尺泽、列缺、天突、风门、大椎;常用腧穴主要分布于足太阳膀胱经、手太阴肺经、任脉。特定穴多选用背俞穴、交会穴及五输穴。腧穴配伍以肺俞-定喘最为常见。核心腧穴处方:肺俞、定喘、足三里、丰隆、膻中、风门。结论:特定穴的选用是针刺治疗哮喘组方的重要组成部分,临床应重视“治脏者,治其俞”之选穴思想,突出“局部配穴”“远近配穴”“前后配穴”之配穴特点,从而体现“扶正祛邪,标本兼顾”之治疗原则。  相似文献

The ever‐increasing population in cities intensifies environmental pollution that increases the number of asthmatic patients. Other factors that may influence the prevalence of asthma are atmospheric parameters, physiographic elements and personal characteristics. These parameters can be incorporated into a model to monitor and predict the health conditions of asthmatic patients in various contexts. Such a model is the base for any asthma early warning system. This article introduces a novel ubiquitous health system to monitor asthmatic patients. Ubiquitous systems can be effective in monitoring asthmatic patients through the use of intelligent frameworks. They can provide powerful reasoning and prediction engines for analyzing various situations. Our proposed model encapsulates several tools for preprocessing, reasoning and prediction of asthma conditions. In the preprocessing phase, outliers in the atmospheric datasets were detected and missing sensor data were estimated using a Kalman filter, while in the reasoning phase, the required information was inferred from the raw data using some rule‐based inference techniques. The asthmatic conditions of patients were predicted accurately by a Graph‐Based Support Vector Machine in a Context Space (GBSVMCS) which functions anywhere, anytime and with any status. GBSVMCS is an improved version of the common Support Vector Machine algorithm with the addition of unlabeled data and graph‐based rules in a context space. Based on the stored value for a patient's condition and his/her location/time, asthmatic patients can be monitored and appropriate alerts will be given. Our proposed model was assessed in Region 3 of Tehran, Iran for monitoring three different types of asthma: allergic, occupational and seasonal asthma. The input data to our system included air pollution data, the patients’ personal information, patients’ locations, weather data and geographical information for 270 different situations. Our results showed that 90% of the system's predictions were correct. The proposed model also improved the estimation accuracy by 15% in comparison to conventional methods.  相似文献

目的:研究咳喘宁对哮喘豚鼠白细胞介素(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的调节作用。方法:将60只豚鼠随机分为空白组10只、造模组50只。利用呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染豚鼠建立动物模型,加鸡卵白蛋白(OVA)诱导建立哮喘模型。造模组成功后再将其随机分为模型组,咳喘宁高、中、低剂量组,西药组,每组各10只。咳喘宁高、中、低剂量组分别给予不同剂量的咳喘宁口服液,西药组给予地塞米松+利巴韦林,空白组、模型组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液。经治疗7 d后,应用HE染色法检测咳喘宁对RSV哮喘豚鼠模型的治疗效果;收集支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)并采集心脏血,用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法分析血清、BALF中IL-6和TNF-α的含量。结果:血清、BALF中IL-6、TNF-α含量,模型组与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明造模成功。咳喘宁高、中、低剂量组及西药组与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。咳喘宁高剂量组与西药组比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:咳喘宁可以降低炎性因子水平,控制气道炎症,调节IL-6和TNF-α含量,改善哮喘模型豚鼠的肺组织病理变化。  相似文献

This paper focuses on the 'cultural turn' which has taken place in British and to a lesser extent North American and Australian human geography in the last decade. It begins by exploring what constitutes the cultural in what has been dubbed 'new cultural geography'. It then explores contemporary claims that cultural geography has eclipsed or marginalised social geography. The final section evaluates these claims about the demise of the social, arguing that the social has not been evacuated but rather has been redefined. While this paper tells a specific story about a particular tradition and geographical frame of reference, it nonetheless has wider relevance because it provides an example of the differential development of particular sub-disciplinary areas, of the way subdisciplinary knowledges shape each other, and of the way understandings of disciplinary trends are contested.  相似文献

Determining an accurate depiction of population distribution for urban areas in order to develop an improved "denominator" is important for the calculation of higher-precision rates in GIS analyses, particularly when exploring the spatial dynamics of disease. Rather than using data aggregated by arbitrary administrative boundaries such as census tracts, we developed the Cadastral-Based Expert Dasymetric System (CEDS), an interpolation method using ancillary information to delineate areas of homogeneous values. This method uses cadastral data, land-use filters, modeling by expert system routines, and validation against various census enumeration units and other data. The CEDS method is presented through a case study of asthma hospitalizations in the borough of the Bronx in New York City, in relation to proximity buffers constructed around major sources of air pollution. The analysis using CEDS shows that asthma hospitalization risk due to proximity to pollution sources is greater than previously calculated using traditional disaggregation methods.  相似文献

利用1990~2000年南京市支气管哮喘与感冒逐月就诊人数病例资料和同期国家气象中心资料室的月平均压、温、湿等资料,讨论了2种疾病发病人数的月际和年际变化规律,分别建立了包含气象因子的预报2种疾病逐月就诊人数的条件异方差和动态回归模型。南京地区支气管哮喘就诊人数高峰期出现在春末与秋季,逐年的就诊人数呈现上升趋势,其发病与当月月平均气压、上一个月月平均温度有关。感冒就诊人数高峰期出现在夏秋季,其发病与月平均最低温度和月极端最低温度有关。将模型应用于2种疾病逐月就诊人数的等级预报中,其预报等级准确率分别达75.0%和66.7%,表明此建模方案是可行的,此类模型有一定的使用价值。  相似文献

Although much environmental justice research tacitly assumes that unequal environmental exposures produce geographic disparities in adverse health outcomes, very few empirical environmental justice studies have tested that assumption. This article does so by using estimates of exposure to air toxics disaggregated by emission source (point and mobile) to predict children's hospitalization rates for both asthma and respiratory infections in El Paso, Texas. Air toxics emissions from most source categories were found to be significant predictors of children's respiratory infection hospitalization rates, but not asthma hospitalization rates, at the census tract level. Findings suggest that sociospatial disparities in respiratory infection rates might be linked to environmental inequalities.  相似文献

Background: African dust clouds reach the islands of Trinidad and Tobago from January to October of each year. There has been evidence of increased amounts of Saharan dust being transported across the Atlantic to the Americas from the mid 1960s. Since then, there has also been independent evidence of increased numbers of patients with asthma attending Accident and Emergency (A and E) departments in the region for treatment of asthma exacerbations. We therefore hypothesize that Saharan dust clouds could be an important trigger of acute asthma in children in Trinidad. Methodology: A retrospective ecological study of paediatric asthma admissions to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, the main tertiary paediatric centre in Trinidad. Data were collected for the period 2001-2002. Data on climate parameters and Saharan dust cover were also obtained from the island's sole meteorological (MET) centre. The MET office uses a standard scale of visibility to measure Saharan dust levels. A Poisson Regression model was used to model the log of the mean of daily asthma visits as a function of the variables; month, visibility, atmospheric pressure, humidity and temperature. Results: There was an association between increased paediatric asthma admissions and increased Sahara dust cover noted. The best fitting model estimated that in one month such as June a deterioration of visibility due to increased Sahara dust cover from no dust (visibility=16 km) to very dusty (visibility=7 km) would increase a daily admission of 7.8 to 9.25 when climate variables such as barometric pressure and humidity were kept constant.  相似文献

A preliminary investigation of the spatial distribution of child asthmatics in Cessnock, NSW, is undertaken in order to identify possible relationships between asthma and location of residence. These appear to vary according to the data and criteria used. The residential distribution of children admitted to hospital with asthma is compared with that of asthmatic children identified by a (parental) self‐assessment questionnaire survey conducted through public primary schools. Admissions data appear not to reflect asthma prevalence or incidence, but may reflect chronicity and distance from hospital. Certain socioeconomic and housing variables may exacerbate, but not cause, asthma. Children not born in Cessnock experienced onset of asthma later in life than those born in Cessnock.  相似文献
