摘    要:地质遗迹管理信息系统利用地理信息系统技术、数据库技术,整合地质遗迹(地质公园)数据库和基础地理、地质、生态环境、旅游资源、管理规划等空间数据库,全面掌握地质遗迹保护、地质公园建设等方面的现状和规划情况,便于管理地质遗迹(地质公园)保护和建设的信息,为制定国家、区域或省市自然保护区规划和其他专项规划提供数据支持。地质遗迹管理信息系统应遵循点源信息系统的设计原则,以主题式关系数据库系统和空间数据库系统为基础,以空间信息和属性信息管理为核心,实现数据库与GIS的有效集成;并用C/S与B/S相结合的方式,使系统在局域网和广域网都能安全运行,满足用户的需求。

Abstract:The geoheritage management information system (GMIS) is not only a management information system, but also a geographic information system (GIS). It plays an important role in managing, conserving and estimating geoheritages or geoparks. It combines feature databases with spatial databases such as those of basic geography, geology, eco-environment, tourist resources, and management plans of geoheritages or geoparks. Though the system, we can have a better knowledge of the current situations of the geoheritage conservation and geopark construction and better manage the information of geoheritage or geopark conservation and construction. In addition, it also offers the data support to natural, regional or provincial (municipal) natural conservation programs and other special-item programs. The GMIS should follow the principle of design of the point source information system, take the subject type relation database system and spatial database system as the foundation, take the spatial information and attribute information management as the core and realizes the database and GIS effective integration. Furthermore, it should use the way of combining C/S with B/S to ensure safe operations of the system in the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) and meet the needs of users.
