大功率振动水冲碎石桩在超大储油罐软土地基中的应用

摘    要:大功率振冲法可增加碎石桩直径、桩长等,有效提高复合地基承载力,在软地基处理方面具有较好的应用前景,施工中确保加密电流、留振时间和加密段长度是保证大功率振动水冲碎石桩质量的关键。以中国北方港曹妃甸原油码头储油罐桩基工程为实例,对大功率振动水冲碎石桩在超大储油罐软土地基中的应用进行了探讨。

Abstract:High-power vibration may increase the diameter and length of gravel pile, improve the bearing capacity of complex foundations, and is of fine application prospect in treating the soft soil foundations. During the construction, the author stressed that the key to secure the quality of high-power vibrational water-striking gravel pile was to ensure the densified electric current, vibration time and the length of densified period. Taking the oil tank piling foundation of Caofeidian crude oil dock in China North Port in Tangshan, Hebei as an example, the application of the method was discussed in the text.
