| Abstract: | The physical aspects of CT scanner are reviewed with particular emphasis on radiation source, detectors and scanner geometries. The review discusses the important parameters, such as spatial resolution , dense resolution, contrat sensitivity, detective efficiency, slice thickness and artifact, for the evaluation of the performance of CT system, and forcasts the future development of CT. |
