| 摘 要： | 对比石油地质与煤炭地质在组织体系、管理体制、运行机制等方面的差异,认为煤炭地质工作与石油地质工作最大的不同就在于前者没有完全融入行业体系之中,体外运行机制是困扰煤炭地质发展的主要因素。探采一体化是煤炭地质工作走可持续发展的必由之路,加强矿业权运作,提高矿产资源勘查技术水平,改进技术装备,提高国际竞争力,是现有煤炭地质勘查单位实现跨越式发展的重要举措。

| Abstract: | After comparing organization system, managerial system and operational mechanism differences between oil geological exploration and coal geological exploration, considered that the major difference is coal geological exploration has not fully in harmony with coal industrial system, while the operational mechanism outside the system is the main factor puzzling the development of coal geological exploration. Integrated exploration and mining is the only way to realize sustainable coal geological exploration development. To strengthen mining right carry into execution, upgrade mineral resource exploration technical levels, improve technical equipments raise international competitiveness are important measures of coal geological exploration units to realize striding development. |
