人工微生物净化含氮污水的实验研究

摘    要:污水的生物处理实质是一个生物的生命活动和工程技术相结合的过程。本文将微生物生长、污水净化以及环境条件结合起来,通过污水的静态和动态、有微生物和无微生物对比实验,连续监测微生物的生长情况、污水中NH3、NO2^-、NO3^-等去除率以及环境条件(pH、Eh、T等),从而发现污水量、生物量、去除率、时间、环境条件之间的定性和定量关系。探索出对于含有一定浓度废物的污水,微生物量与污水量以何种配比才能在指定的时间内取得最佳处理效果。

Abstract:The microorganism cleaning of sewage is a process combining the activity of microbe and the project technology In this paper,the growth of microbe,the cleaning efficiency for sewage and the environmental conditions were considered together By static and dynamic experiments with the solution containing NO - 3 (the cultural medium of cleaning nitrate microbe) which was used as sewage as the nutrition for microbe,the growth of cleaning nitrogen microbe,the NO - 3 cleaning efficiency for sewage and the influence of the microbe's activity to the environmental conditions(pH,Eh,T etc.) were continuously determined,so the qualitative and quantitative relations between the quantity of sewage,cleaning rate,time,microbe and the environmental conditions were studied and explained In this paper,we attached great importance to find out the most reasonable quantitative distribute rates of the microbe and the quality of sewage with certain of nitrate And so the most scientific,economical,available approaches will be adopted
