| 摘 要： | 地下管线的数据采集和建库是实现地下管线信息化管理的基础和前提。本文提出了针对目前非开挖敷管数据三维数据采集和整理结合CAD进行三维成像的思路，与城市地下管线信息管理系统整合，实现地下管线的系统高效信息化管理。

| Abstract: | The data of underground pipeline＇s collecting and setting up a database is the foundation and the premise which carries out an underground pipeline information-based management. This paper puts forward a thought that is aiming at 3D data collection and sorting out of no-dig pipeline installation to carry on 3D figure combined with CAD. It integrates 3D figure with urban underground pipeline information management System to carry out the systematic efficiently informatization management. |
