| 摘 要： | 从Google Earth的启示可以得知：地理信息服务中遥感图像数据安全传输对于保护遥感数据的安全和数据生产者的版权具有重要的意义。在图像压缩方面采用了只对小波变换低频数据加密的压缩算法,在加密策略方面采用了AES算法,在传输方式方面采用渐进式传输,从而实现了基于小波变换的遥感图像安全传输策略,以某区域遥感图像为例进行了实验验证,证明该策略具有安全快速传输遥感图像的实效。
