| 摘 要： | 如何有效、合理、可持续利用有限的土地资源,成为当今社会研究的热点。通过对西安市土地利用多样化程度、动态度,建设用地信息熵、均衡度,各类用地变化速度,耕地占补平衡的研究,分析西安市土地利用及变化情况,以探寻最合理有效的土地利用空间分异研究方法。研究表明,西安市土地利用类型分布是以林地、耕地和居民点及工矿用地三大用地类型为基本框架,大量土地正在被激活,建设用地将大幅增加。将多种参数结合起来分析土地利用空间分异情况,能够更有效地预测土地利用的发展趋势,为土地利用分区提供数据基础。
