| 摘 要： | 从土地合理利用的内涵出发,建立了一个基于低碳背景的土地合理利用评价指标体系,包含土地利用系统、能耗系统、环境系统、经济系统和社会系统5个方面共22个指标,用模糊层次分析法确定了各指标的权重。最后对全国30个省(市、区)进行了实证研究。结果表明,从各省(市、区)来看,北京、广东、湖北等土地合理利用水平较高,而内蒙古、山西、宁夏等土地合理利用水平较低;从三大区域来看,东部地区土地合理利用水平最高,其次是中部,西部最低。参照各项评价结果对我国今后的土地合理利用提出了一些相关建议。
