| 摘 要： | 国家风景名胜区具有的公益性,决定了其门票价格在定价时应着重考虑其社会效益。以中国国家风景名胜区和美国国家公园为例,首先从门票价格高低、定价策略、门票调控方法、补贴资金来源、门票价格监管体制等方面,对其门票价格管理特征进行了比较。结果表明,我国风景名胜区门票价格总体偏高(相对人均可支配收入);定价时过多地考虑其经济效益,忽视了社会效益;门票调控手段单一;价格监督体制不够健全。其次从管理体制、价格体系、资金投入、监管体制等方面对其门票价格管理提出了相关建议。 |
