| 摘 要： | 我国的城镇化进程是与工业化紧密联系、互相适应、互相促进的过程.改革开放以来,伴随着我国工业化的快速发展.城镇化水平也逐年提高,城镇化进程与工业化进程基本协调.就不同时期而言,先后经历了城镇化滞后于工业化、城镇化与工业化基本协调、城镇化快于工业化3个阶段.近年来整体上出现了城镇化速度快于工业化进程的倾向.但存在较大的地区差异.我国大部分地区的城镇化速度与工业发展水平是基本协调的;东北三省有类似过度城镇化的倾向;中西部一些省份的城镇化水平和农业人口向非农转化的速度均过低,显示出低度城镇化的倾向;一些地区城镇化水平不高,但较工业化发展速度仍显得过快;而另一些地区城镇化水平不低,但较工业化发展速度却显得稍慢.
