湖南省有色金属矿产资源开发利用效率相关问题的探讨

摘    要:湖南省有色金属矿产资源丰富,共生、伴生组分多,开发利用水平较高。有色金属矿山企业的采矿回收率、选矿回收率和综合回收率普遍高于全国平均水平,采矿贫化率低于全国平均水平。但与国内先进矿业发达国家相比,仍存在一定差距。建议通过健全管理机制、严格监管制度、集约规模经营和依靠科学技术进步提高有色金属矿产资源开发利用水平。

Abstract:There are abundant mineral resources of non-ferrous metal mineral resources with more paragenetic and associated composition in Hunan province.The level of exploitation and utilization is higher. The mining reclaiming ratio ,dressing reclaiming ratio and comprehensive reclaiming ratio are higher than domestic average level,the mining dilution ratio is lower than it.But compared to the domestic advanced ore corporation and domestic advanced ore country, still has certain gap.Suggest improving the level of exploiatation and utilization efficiency of non-ferrous metal through perfecting adiministation mechanism and supervisory system ,intersiving scale management,relying on science and technology progress.
