摘    要:本文探讨通过遥感影象线性体统计分析预测古火山机构的方法及效果。首先,作者提出并详细讨论了一种新的统计变量——线性体空间分布中心对称度。然后,又根据研究区已知火山机构的典型局部构造为环状、放射状断裂系统而设计采用了一套线性体密度-中心对称度综合统计分析方法,并对区内火山岩地质研究取得初步成功。

Abstract:Locating volcanic apparatuses and thereby revealing the basement fracture system that controls the behavior of volcanoes is the key to solving major problems of geologic mapping in volcanic terrain,such as determining the stratigraphic sequence and investigating the tectonic pattern of an area. However, it is not always an easy job to find ancient volcanic apparatuses because most of them have been destroyed by surface geologic agents and tectonic movements for long time. This paper discusses a method of detecting such ancient volcanic apparatuses by means of the statistical analysis of remote sensing image lineaments. First, a new statistical parameter-the central symmetry of lineaments distribution is described in detail. Second, a comprehensive method called lineament density/central symmetry statistical analysis is introduced. The method was designed with reference to the typically circular and radial fracture system of known ancient volcanic apparatuses in the studied area of Jinxi County, Liaoning Province. Thus the statistical characteristics of the relevant lineaments are of high density and high central symmetry. The method was successful in detecting ancient volcanic apparatuses in the Yixian Group (Upper Jurassic) volcanic terrain of the above area. Further investigation using the method has provided important clues pointing out the existence of two basement fractures controlling the location of volcanoes. As a result the geologic mapping of the area on a 1 I 50,000 scale was much improved.
