Abstract:
The mean annual water runoff and the amount and dynamics of the discharge of the organochlorine pesticides into seas by large rivers of Russia in 1981–2000 are estimated. The main factors governing the formation of the organochlorine pesticide runoff within the river basins located in different physico-geographic conditions are revealed.
