| 摘 要： | 环境变化对人类生存空间的影响越来越大，而记载环境变化的最好记录就是湖泊、水库等水域底下的沉积物。冰冻取样技术是获取这些沉积物的关键，它对于准确分析环境变化状态、环境污染机理、以及寻求有效的环境保护措施等具有非常重要的作用。主要介绍该技术方法的原理、工艺及操作注意事项等。

| Abstract: | In recent years the impact that environmental change put on human living space becomes more and more significant. And the most valuable evidence recording the environmental change is the sediments under the lakes and reservoirs etc. The key technology of getting these sediments is freezing sampling technique. It is very important to analyze environmental change states, environmental pollution mechanism and to seek effectively measures for environmental protection. The principium and technology and caution of operation are mainly introduced in the paper. |
