柱承式立筒群仓结构模型振动台试验研究

摘    要:为研究不同贮料状态下钢筋混凝土柱承式立筒群仓结构的动力特性及其在地震作用下的动力响应规律,对缩尺比例为1:25的3×3组合柱承式立筒群仓结构模型进行了振动台试验。试验结果表明:柱承式筒仓结构具有“上刚下柔”的特性,使其加速度响应和整体变形均沿高度呈折线型,折点在刚度突变的柱顶和仓壁连接部位;贮料状态对立筒群仓结构动力特性的影响较大,随着贮料质量的增加,群仓模型加速度响应、位移响应的弯折效应均更加明显,边仓和角仓的加速度响应均逐渐增大;贮料及其与仓体间相互作用对耗能的贡献随着台面加载等级的增加而逐渐加大。

Abstract:In order to study the dynamic characteristics and dynamic response of reinforced concrete column-supported vertical silo structure under different storage conditions,a 3×3 composite column-supported vertical silo group with a similarity ratio of 1:25 was made and tested on the shaking table.The results show that:The column-supported silo structure has the characteristics of"upper rigidity and lower flexibility",so that its acceleration response and overall deformation are in a polyline shape along the height,and the break point appears at the connection between the column top and the silo wall with abrupt stiffness.The storage condition has a great influence on the dynamic characteristics.With the increase of the storage,the bending effects of the acceleration response and displacement response of the group bin model are more obvious,the acceleration responses of the side positions and corner positions are larger than the middle position.The contribution of the storage and its interaction with the bin body to the energy consumption gradually increases with the increase of the table loading level.
