| 摘 要： | 通过选取变异系数、基尼系数、锡尔系数等9种测度区域经济差距的指标,对辽宁区域经济差距和扣除旅游收入后的经济差距进行测量与对比,并以此为基础进一步分析旅游经济对辽宁区域经济差距的作用。结果显示,2007年之前旅游经济对于辽宁区域经济差距起到了扩大作用,而2007年之后旅游经济缩小辽宁区域经济差距的功能逐步增强。旅游经济平衡区域经济差距的作用在辽宁还有很大的空间可以挖掘,未来如果辽宁发展战略得当,旅游将会发挥更大的平衡区域经济差距的作用。

| Abstract: | Uneven development of regional economy is a direct impact on the healthy development of Liaoning Province.The proportion of tourism economy in the economy is increasing,but the effect of tourism economy to balance regional economic disparity is not yet clear in Liaoning.By selecting the measure indicators of regional economic disparities such as coefficient of variation,Gini coefficient,Theil and so on,this paper compared regional economic disparities and regional economic disparities after deducting tourism revenue in Liaoning Province,and then took the comparative results as a basis for further analysis on tourism economy’s role in regional economic gap in Liaoning.The results show that tourism economy expanded the regional economic gap in Liaoning from 2001 to 2006,but since 2007 the function of tourism economy changed into reducing regional economic disparities and effect gradually increased in Liaoning.There is still much room for the tourism economic balance role of regional economic disparities.Tourism will play a greater role in balance regional economic disparities if proper strategies are implemented in the future in Liaoning. |
