| 摘 要： | 运用ComGIS和计算机技术，研制开发了实用性广的农地定级估价信息系统（ALGEIS）。该系统包括土地定级、基准地价评估、宗地地价评估、基准地价更新、图层管理、查询统计与图形编辑等七大主要模块，具有属性和图形数据库管理、级别评定、基准地价评估和更新、宗地地价评估和更新，以及成果输出等方面的功能。系统可实现农用地定级与估价自动化，为各级土地部门和政府部门提供了界面友好和便捷适用的计算机业务管理工具。

| Abstract: | The author takes advantage of ComGIS and information technologies developed a general agricultural grading and evaluation information system (ALGEIS) based on basic principles of agricultural grading and evaluation.
