长寿命金刚石扩孔器的研制

摘    要:目前,普通扩孔器在资源勘查钻探施工中不耐磨现象较为突出,造成新钻头下不到孔底,增加扫空无用功耗。通过调整胎体配方和重新组合耐磨材料,研制出新型长寿命扩孔器,经实践验证,寿命达到千米以上,配合长寿命钻头在深孔钻探中为提高钻进效率发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:At present, the common reamer low wear phenomenon is more prominent in the drilling construction, which cause the new drill cannot reach the bottom, increase sweep empty useless power consumption. By adjusting the matrix formula and recomposing the wear-resisting material, we developed a new type long-life reamer, it has been veriifed by practice, Life expectancy at kilometer above, cooperating the long-life bit in deep hole drilling, played an important role for improving the drilling efifciency.
