| Abstract: | Based on experience from construction project management, the paper probed into methods to strengthening engineering project management from six aspects of project management team establishment, project evaluation and contract assessment and signing, optimizing configuration of human resources, strengthening labor management, strengthening responsibility cost management, as well as driving and binding mechanism establishment. Meanwhile, put forward concrete measures and suggestions for strengthening engineering project management. |
