山东铝业公司第二赤泥堆场地下水环境影响评价

摘    要:山东铝业公司拟建第二赤泥堆场于母猪山石灰石采空区。该堆场运行后将对下游地下水体造成污染 ,pH值将达到 1 1 .3。为此 ,拟采用赤泥、石灰配比为 1∶9的抗渗垫层进行防渗。根据水流运移特征及防渗材料特征 ,评价满足堆场使用 2 0年的最佳垫层厚度为 1 .0m。

Abstract:Shandong Aluminum Corporation is going to construct a red-mud-heap field which just located at a limestone ming-up pit in muzhushan mountain. If there were not seepage prevention measures to be taken, the field's operation would contaminate the down-stream underground water bodies, which can result in the water PH-value rising to 11 3. Therefor the padding layer for seepage-prevention has been suggested to be used, which is composed of red-mud and quick lime with a ratio of 1 to 9. According to the characteristic of water flow motion and seepage-prevention materials used, the best thickness of the layer to meet twenty-year-operation is one meter.
