| 摘 要： | 中央地质调查所作为中华民国时期成立最早、规模最大、最具国际声誉的国家级研究机构,在南京解放后它的演变过程目前尚缺少详实而准确的文献资料。本文基于历史档案,结合有关文献,较为详细地梳理了1949~1951年中央地质调查所先后被南京市军管会文化教育委员会(1949年5月~1950年6月)、华东军政委员会教育部(1950年7月~1950年12月)、中国地质工作计划指导委员会(1951年1月3日~1951年5月6日)接管的过程。本文还整理了1949年11月1日中国科学院正式成立后,中央地质调查所全所工作人员一致希望隶属中国科学院的经过,以及最终于1951年5月7日奉命改组为中国科学院地质研究所的过程。

| Abstract: | The National Geological Survey of China is one first established, largest staff and the most international reputation national-level research institution during the period of Republic of China. There is little detailed documentary about its evolution since Nanjing Liberation. On basis of historical archives and references, this paper attempt to figure out the detailed reorganization process of the National Geological Survey of China, including take over successively by Subcommittee of Education and Culture of Nanjing Military Control Commission(from May 1949 to June 1950), Ministry of Education of East China military and political Commission(from July 1950 to December 1950), Chinese Committee for Planning and Guiding Geological Work(3 January to 6 May, 1951). In addition, the processes restore of application for the admission into the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)by all staff of the National Geological Survey of China is present since the foundation of CAS on 1 November 1949. Finally, this paper summarize the procedure of the National Geological Survey of China was reorganized under the orders to the Institute of Geology, Chinese Academy of Sciences on 7 May, 1951. |
