| 摘 要： | 通过多种化学分析方法 ,初步探讨了扇贝肝胰腺组织的化学成分。结果表明 :该组织中含有较丰富的营养物质 ,并含有重要生理活性的 EPA和 DHA,微量元素含量也很丰富。这些结果为扇贝加工后下脚料的利用 ,提供了基础资料

| Abstract: | The chemical compositions of scallop hepatopancreas was preliminarily studied. It is shown from the results that the tissue contains rich nutrients, and the contents of EPA and DHA are 10.9% and 9.3%, respectively, which are important bioactive substances for human health. The trace element contents are rich, too. These results provide basic data for utilizing scallop hepatopancreas. |
