| Abstract: | This paper introduced the general situation of Hongkong's Special Seminar On Weather And Induced Disaster Plan & Preparedness, and the measures taken by US, Japan, Australia, Ireland, Hongkong in the fieldof Alleviating weather And its induced disaster plan & preparedness, and gave some concrete suggestions and experiences by combining present situation. |
