| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了基于GIS的地壳稳定性评价方法，选取了地震、构造，工程地质、地面沉降等4个因子，19个要素，提出了点，线、区图层定量处理方法，使用层次分析法确定权系数，通过GIS的叠加分析获得最终评价结果，以天津市为例给出了地壳稳定性评价图。
