| Abstract: | In order to enhance pertinence and efficiency of geological disaster mitigation,emergency plan establishment and implementation for a single geo-hazard accident in a community of a countryside or town was put forward in this paper.Basic category consisted of concepts,contents,startup,grading partition of early warning and emergency,and form and chart in convenient to operation,etc.It can be used as references to improve capacities to prevent or control the geological discasters. |
