摘    要:干表层(DSL,Dry Surface Layer)是干旱半干旱地区土-气界面的重要组成部分,影响着陆地水分循环。文章以土壤物理学、土壤水动力学、土壤热力学和水文地质学的基本理论为指导,在综合分析前人资料的基础上,结合室内物理试验的部分观测成果,界定了干表层的概念,探讨了此概念的内涵与外延;辨析了干表层和(下伏)土壤干层两个概念的关系;阐明了干表层与地下水位埋深的关系,干表层对降雨入渗、蒸发和植被的影响。

Abstract:Dry Surface Layer (DSL), which affects water circulation of lands, is one important part of the land-atmosphere interface in arid and semiarid regions. Directed by basic theories of soil physics, dynamics of soil moisture, soil thermodynamics and hydrogeology, based on synthetic analysis of document data of forefathers, combining parts of observation data of a physical test indoors, the concept of DSL was firstly defined, then its connotation and extension were discussed. Secondly, the relationship between DSL and Soil Dry Layer Underlining (SDLU) was compared. Thirdly, the relationship between DSL and depth of water table, and influence of DSL on precipitation infiltration, evaporation and vegetation was clarified. All these can enrich theories of DSL formation and earth’s critical zone, and provide scientific evidence for sustainable utilization of water resources and eco-environment protection in arid and semiarid regions.
