| 摘 要： | 本文目的为提高胰腺癌的ＣＴ诊断水平。采用方法是对７１例神经病理证实胰腺癌ＣＴ表现进行分析。结果得到胰腺癌ＣＴ表现为低或等密度软组织肿块，增强无强化，易侵犯胰周脂肪层及周围血管，梗阻端胆管突然中断是重要佐证。结论：ＣＴ对胰腺癌的诊断有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose :to evaluate CT roles in the diagnosis of pancreas carcinomaMethods 71 patients with pathologically proven pancreas carcinomas were performed with CT,Their CT features Were retrospectively studied.Results: The CT appearances of pancreatic carcinoma characterized hypo-oriso-dense soft tissue masses, at pancreatic region with no contrastenhancement , The peripancreatic extension, vascular inrush and abrupt obstructionof extrahepatic dilated biliary duct were important evidencesfor CT diagnosis of pancreas careinoma,Conclusion: CT is helpful in accurate diagnosis of pancreas carcinoma. |
