预植入金刚石微粉的WC-Co合金表面金刚石薄膜沉积特征

摘    要:通过提高金刚石薄膜与硬质合金基底间的粘结力,可提高涂层工具的使用寿命。实验结果表明,在预植入金刚石微粉的硬质合金表面沉积金刚石薄膜,金刚石既在预植入金刚石表面同质外延生长,又在硬质合金上结晶生长,两者交互生长,且相容性较好,最终生长为致密均匀的金刚石薄膜。

Abstract:The service life of the coated tool can be extended through the improvement of the bonding force between the diamond film and the tungsten carbide base The experimentation results show when the diamond film is deposited on the surface of tungsten carbide preplanted with diamond micro powder, not only will diamond grow outwards on the surface of the preplanted diamond in a homogeneous manner, but also grow on tungsten carbide through crystallization, which takes place alternately and exhibits good compatibility, resulting in a dense and uniform diamond film
