| 摘 要： | 旅游业发展规划中，区位条件的分析非常重要，不仅能为区域旅游发展规划提供依据，同时也是旅游开发最重要的基础。区位条件对区域旅游发展规划的影响主要是通过地理位置、交通、经济、文化、信息等相互作用、密切联系而发挥作用的。以龙陵县为例，在实地调查的基础上，从地理交通条件、经济条件、文化条件、旅游条件等4个方面对旅游规划中的区位条件进行较为全面的分析，得知：龙陵县交通区位优势较为明显，是云南省通往滇西和缅甸的必经之路，相对云南省边疆县而言，游客的可进入性较好；作为滇西旅游圈的重要组成部分，与周边的旅游风景区联系较好，有一定的旅游区位优势；交通和旅游区位的优势造就了较好的客源区位优势；旅游资源区位具有特色，可概括为温泉、气候、生态、历史等4方面；是云南省经济欠发达地区，经济水平低，在一定区域内缺乏经济中心地带，经济区位差。因此，规划中要考虑到滇西旅游圈这个区域环境，既要连片发展，又要突出自己的特色，在近期要保护好旅游的大环境，重点景区的建设要循序渐进，较长时间内做好周围较成熟景区的配角，在保护中逐步进行开发。

| Abstract: | In the developing programming of tourism industry, the analysis to the area conditional is count for much, it can not only provide the basis to the developing of the area tourism, but also play as the most important foundation of the tourism exploitation The developing programming influence of the area term to the area tourism, will rise the function,while close contacting and interacting geographical position,transportation, economy, culture, information etc Just take longling county as an example On the on-site inspection's foundation from the geography transportation term, economic term, culture term, travel the term four aspects to the area term of the traveling program, proceeds more completely analysis Longling county area transportation advantage is more for obvious,because it is the only route that Yunnan to the Dianxi and Burma Opposite but speech the border county of Yunnan province the enterance of visitors is good by way of the importance constitutes part of the Dianxi tourism circoes contacting with peripheral scenic area,having certainly traveling area advantage, is good As the advantage of transportation and traveling area educated the good district of advantage of guests,traveling resources area have the features So it can generalized to hot springs, weather, ecosystem, history etc four aspect Because Longling county is the economy owe to prosper the region of Yunnan province economic level low,lacks the economic center district in the certain district inside and the economic area is bad Therefore, the programming inside want in consideration of the the district environment of Dianxi traveling circle,since connecting a development, again wanting the outstanding and own features We should protect goodly the traveling big environment near period,constructing of scape area want to follow the sequence and advance gradually The long-playing inside work wells surroundings the supporting roles of the mature scenic area, than gradually proceeds to develops in the aegis |
