| 摘 要： | 鲁南经济带是山东省极具发展潜力的经济区域,但是,从整个山东省层面来看,鲁南与山东省其他地区尤其是胶东地区经济发展的差距逐步扩大,"南北问题"日益突出,已经成为制约山东省经济协调发展的重要瓶颈之一.基于此,在《山东省国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》中,鲁南地区的经济发展问题被明确地提了出来,并将其作为"一带",与半岛城市群"一群"和济南都市圈"一圈"共同构成山东省区域经济发展的新格局.从鲁南经济带基本情况出发,对鲁南经济带的崛起和发展提出了相应的战略思考和对策建议.

| Abstract: | Lunan Economic Belt in Shandong Province is a potential growth of the regional economy,but from the entire perspective of Shandong Province,Lunan and other areas of Shandong Province,particularly in the Jiaodong regional,economic development gap gradually expanded.An increasingly prominent of "north-south issue" has becoming one of the major bottlenecks in coordinated economic development of Shandong Province.Base on this,in "The tenth five-year plan outline of national economic and social development of Shandong Province ",Lunan region's economic development has been clearly mentioned.And as "belt" and one "bunch" and one city circle "ring",they together form the new pattern of Shandong Province's regional economic development.Based on basic economic conditions of Lunan Economic Belt,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
